iWorkout in my house, iHave an adjustable bench and squat rack with 300#s of weight....so my leg routine is pretty much limited to squats and calf raises.....thoughts on what other exercises iCan add towards leg development
when iUsed to go to the gym at the Y there was always a random naked guy with his meat walkN around do random shxt lyk shaving his face in the middle of the walk way with half a chub tryN 2make a conversation with ppl
But Romanian Dead lifts, good mornings, various squat positions...
Romanians or straight leg deads will hit your hams pretty well.
Barbell lunges with the bar on your back will be an all around great leg workout,
And different squat variations. Toes straight shoulder width with lighter weight. Feet wider with toes more outward with lighter weight, and then of course your everyday neutral squat position with heavy weights.
yo the Y i used2 go2 was in the hood.....they didn't give a fuk, this was the conversation
me: there's a naked guy walking around the locker room with a boner
them: .....Is he touching anybody?
me: no
them: did he touch you?
me: hell no
them: well he's not violating any rules
Who gives a rats ass. Y u hangin in the y locker room n e ways? I hit the gym locked and loaded ready to hit it soon as I go in. Only time I go into the locker room is for #1 or #2. If its #2 the naked guy isn't around when I get out. Sell ur home stuff, you'll get better workouts. In a home gym you'll stagnate. Ghetto ys r they best, they typically have good equipement and a hardcore lifting environment.
Gotta do u man. Most areas have 24 hour gyms. I used to do late work outs as well but I found it easier to do cardio, lift and keep a strict dietary meal cadence if I stuck to a non vampire schedule. When I lift, there r never more than 3 other ppl in the gym. A home gym with just the must haves is gonna run around 5k.
i prbly spent at leat 1k on all my stuff... bench, squat rack, dip station, pull up bar, adjustable db set (5-52.5 #s), and BB Weight set that goes up2 300# lol everythings in my room, iSleep in the gym
