my chest hit a wall with strength, nothing else really hit a wall. i am an extomorph and i am still eating like a pig trying to gain weight.

i been using this workout for sometime and i am still making gains. This five day split has put on the most weight for me. I am not sure what to do. I need to always proritize legs to the first of the week cause i have chicken legs and mabey they will never be big legs, but i still gotta work em.

suggestinos needed ,,,,thanks

so what your saying is that you cant increase your weights? firstoff im not a fan of doing deads for reps.. your doing 5's for everything then 8's for deads..for a warmup thats fine but your work sets should be 5's or less..

take chest for example if your stuck at 250 for 3x5 bump the weight up and do 3x3 keep increasing the weight until you cant get 3 reps then go back to your original sticking point and try for 3x5..

another solution would be to completely change your reps around do 3x10 for a bit different exercises then come back and try to break that plateau

5 days a wek is too much for me.

Pullinbig...that reminds me of something I've been wondering about recently. Perhaps I should start a new thread on it. It's about volume with respect to newbies and experienced lifters. Aww, crap, I'll just start a new thread so I don't hijack this one.
