legs

yeah i had a leg day two days ago and i went with like 135 but i work out eraly so it don't look so bad but even if everyone saw me i felt great my legs were stretched out more, they were sore but in the end it felt better. i guess like you said in good time, and after all rome wasn't built in a day....
 
My legs have always been a weak point(cuz i never worked them for the 1st several yrs i trained). I was squatting about 365lbs(don't laugh) and then when i started going well below parallel i lost MAJOR weight off my already pathetic squat. Now, several months later, i'm getting back up there(this is w/o gear or anything, just a good diet and rest) yesterday i just put up 330lbs (ass was prob. 8inches off the ground doing box squats...i'm 6ft 3in so its kinda hard for me to go too much lower, I can if my legs are at a really wide stance, but i'm trying to build more quad size at the time so am keeping my legs closer together) ANyways, that 330lbs wasn't even my max, i could prob. have done another 10 lbs or MAYBE 15lbs. I'm pretty excited for my upcoming cycle, I wanna c some MAJOR leg growth. :) So just a word to teh wise, stick it out(even if it seems like u're not putting up shit) and it'll come back faster then u'd think.
