ok, so im kinda new here.... anywho, I'll put pics up and all the jazz later on.
But, anywho, first topic....
I train legs, hard... I'm talking supersets with squats to leg press/ stiff leg dead lift to leg curls/ lying leg curls to seated legcurls/ and leg extensions to end it all.

I feel fine the next day, yet the day after, and about 3 days afterwards I feel like shit, and I can barely walk, I mean, I can- but it's sore as shit.

Any suggestions?

PS. besides stopping over training, if you think thats what it is.
 
Stretch & I usually always feel my legs getting sore 2 days after I lift. Just stretch and eat and let them heal.
 
More often then not, it's going to be a necessary evil of intense training. Heavy doses of vitamin c may help, and as stated, stretching the muscle will as well.
