letro/clen/clomid/t3 converting

can anyone tell me about converting any of these? i plan on getting these in powder form but first would like understand converting them a lil better.

1 gram of Clomiphene Citrate
1 beaker suitable for holding the volume of liquids
8.4ml of PEG 600
10.5ml of 190 Proof Grain Alcohol


1 gram of Letrozole powder
1 beaker suitable for holding the volume of liquids
19.9ml of PEG 300
179.1ml of 190 Grain Proof Alcohol

I only have experience with Clomid and Letro out of these:
Clomid i'd cap.. 50mg is big enough dose to cap accurately
Letro you must make liquid as you have posted as the daily dose is too small to cap.. that's why i use Aromasin instead.. i prefer capping my orals. but to each their own..
