Letro tablets against gyno! The dos and do nots!

Hello,

I have a small amount of gyno, mainly consisting of permanent puffyness and swellin but also a small lump under my right nipple.
I would like to try letro as a treatment and will have the 2.5mg tabs..
Can people advice on things lik dosage, lengh of course, tapering down and best protection against rebound effects? ALso how best to negotiate the tablets and obviously dose meassuring problems that come with them?
