OK these were supposed to be pause squats, but I don't see any pause :( Still I think the form is a bit better than last time:

I am still not as upright as I hoped, but its getting better. I am still not as low as I thought I was when I was doing them :) Just wanted to keep you all updated and see if there are further corrections to be made.
 
your form does look better..
when i do pause squats i get in the hole and count 1-1 thousand 2 -1thousand then come up..

your not that badly bent over..remember on the way up to really push your abs out and push the knees out as well
 
Thanks BB, I noticed that I am leading with my Butt again. I'm going to concentrate on leading with my chest, abs out is a good call.

come by the gym tomorrow and ill get ya squatting like a pro in 5 minutes.

i had a guy to squat for the first time since high shcool with me today. his form was very shitty. within 5 minutes he looked like he had been squatting since birth. deep, big pause, upright, sitting back, knees out. course he wanted to warm up with 135 and when he got his form right 95 was all he could do corrctly for a set of 6. hint hint

have your pard to give you the press command at the bottom. that way you know you gonna pause. 2 secs if thats what it takes to get still at the bottom.

my pauses are a little shorter but i go down and relax. this insures that the momentum is gone, then press.

lead with your head and not your ass cheekies.

I am starting to know of what you speak, 135 is a bit more than I can handle, I may go down to 95... Its a depressing small weight but as my form improves these weights start to feel like 315 :(

I think the clip really shown haw bad my ass moves dumping all the weight to my back, I really wish I could stop by and get some pointers but Its too much of a drive :( (CT ==> NC)
 
find some plers in ct. they are there.

you on the right track. just be patient and keep trying, it wll come together. training on line is frustraing at times just becuase of stuff like this. if i could get my hands on ya.........
