Lift's First Cycle

Under the advisement of Outlaws I have decided to start a cycle log. I know I have a lot of fun reading everyone else's so hopefully I can contribute a little myself.

Ok so here's the layout:

Weeks:
1-3: 1000 mg test E (frontload)
4-12: 500 mg test E
10-13: 30 mg superdrol per day
13-15:150mg prop eod
PCT:
15-16: 40 mg nolva/day + 12.5 mg aromasin ed or eod (we'll see how much I have left)
17-18: 20 mg nolva/day

1-4: Aromasin 12.5 mg eod
4-14: Aromasin 12.5 mg e3d
2-14: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu twice weekly (will increase if necessary)


Did the first inject last night into the right quad. Drew with an 18g and shot with 25g. Didn't get to heat the oil but I will definitely try it next time. Took maybe 45 seconds to shoot. Pretty sore today but nothing I can't handle. Oh yeah I should probably get my stats in here for everyone who doesn't know me.

Age: 20
Height: 6'4
Weight: around 270 (cut down from 293)
Bf%: 15-17
5 Years lifting experience
Big 3 total before cut: Well over 1500
Since Cutting: Have lost quite a bit of strength :(

I took the last week off from the gym to give my body some extra time to recover and to nurse an injury to my right bicep. Tonight will be the first workout since the break. I'm really looking forward to it.

Also I don't know how relavant this is to my cycle log but my roomate is doing the exact same cycle as me. It will be his first cycle as well.

Dude I've posted pics twice. I actually weighed in at 268 today. I am feeling like a weak little girl. But that's ok because that gives me all the motivation I need to break all of my previous strength pleateus. I'm also thinking it might be fun to weigh 3 bills. We will just have to wait and see...
 
268? What are you a pussy? LOL! That's huge as it is. What's your diet going to be like out of curiosity? Oh, make sure to keep posted on the frontloading, I'm pretty much doing the same cycle, my first as well, but without the frontloading. Also, are you using the prop so post cycle therapy (pct) is easier and faster?

I'm at a measly 915lbs on my lifts right now, but let me tell you, your going to see some serious strength gains (esp around week 4).

2 pieces of advice:

1. If your into BBing (i dunno if your a bber or pler) take body measurements. It's cool to see what you started with and what you finished with.

2. Have a steady girlfriend/fuck partner - you gonna need it!

This will be interesting we are the same size. We'll have to compare our numbers at the end of the summer. Its good to see some other big tall guys around, never see many in this forum.

I am into both. I want to be the total package, big, proportioned and as strong as humanly possible. I'm not too interested in measurements but I'll see if i can get some measuring tape at my parents tonight and see where I'm at. And I do have a girlfriend so the sex won't be a problem. Although I doubt it will increase too much as I prettymuch overwhelm her as it is hahaha.

Yeah it's nice to be starting out with similar stats. There are a few big tall mofos around here. Me, you, beast, drk diggler, and swoleburn are all around the same size.
 
Today was killer. I had to get up and work on only four hours sleep. Worked my ass off for about 5 hours loading all kinds of things for a football game next week (I work for my university) then I came home for about an hour got some food in me and hit the gym. The workout wasn't too great as I was already tired and fatigued but I got it over with and I'm satisfied with that. Did my second 500 mg inject right after the gym. It went a whole lot smoother than the first. I injected about an inch higher and a little farther out on the lateralis so maybe thats what made the difference. Also I think I was wiggling the needle a little on the first inject. My right quad has been sore as hell and at first I wanted to try a delt shot but then I remembered that my delt might not be able to take the full 2ccs so I went ahead and shot the left quad.

You're right I forgot I took the most recent set down. I don't know about the first ones. Tell you what I'll take some pics later this week of where I'm at now (don't have a camera I'll have to borrow my dads) and I'll also post one of me bulked up to compare. I'll definitely be posting end cycle pics.
 
No injects or lifting today just school and homework. All I really have to report is after doing legs yesterday and shooting once in each quad I could really use a walker.
 
LTID, I noticed after a few injects the pain seems to subside a bit. It become's very bearable.

How much are your lifts at now?

I sure hope so. I wonder why the pain would get more bearable over time? Maybe its psychological.

Anyway my lifts are pretty pathetic. I only got 315 x 4 on bench tuesday I could probly get 375 up now on a good day. My best is 355x5 and 405x1 so you see how far I've fallen. Wednesday was hypertrophy leg day so I just did lunges, sldl's nothing too heavy. I'll post up numbers when they get good again.
