Lift's First Cycle

I have a full Gym at home too but it will get old, trust me.
I use it when I can't make it to the gym but I still [refer the gym for the motivation I get when I see others bigger than me or even just someone working harder than me.

Upper body yesterday. Inclind db's 75's x10 100's x10 110'sx10 120'sx12 (too easy). Lat pulldowns 200x10 230x10 250x12. Bench (pretty close grip) 225x20. HS high row 4 plates per side x10 4 plates per side x13. Lateral raises 30's x10 35'sx10 35'sx10.

Incorporated some DC stretching into my routine for the chest and back stuff and I feel extra torn up today. I will read more into how to do the stretches correctly and I think I'll try them out for a while.

I will be cutting volume a little because I've had to do a lot of physical stuff at work lately and it takes a lot out of me.

I was actually starting to get some gyno in my right nipple about 5 days back. That was right about the time I dropped the nolva back to 20mg per day. After it started I upped it to 40 again and it seems to be halting if not completely gone yet.

Last 2 workouts:
Legs: Squats worked up to 405x5 raw ass to grass. Heaviest squatting I've done since re-injuring my back, and it felt great. Form was perfect. I don't think I'm gonna squat heavier than 405 until my next cycle, I'm just gonna stay raw and focus on form. Shrugs 405x6 405x6 strict form no straps. Calf work. Weighted abs.

Upper Body: Bench 365x3 (terrible, I had a full day of work and I think it took a lot out of me). BB rows in the corner, 4 plates x8 4 plates x12. HS military press 3 plates and a 25 per sidex8. Forearm work.

I think the time to close my journal has come. I'm just about finished with post cycle therapy (pct) and I think I am pretty well recovered.
