Lift's First Cycle

Good workout today. Strength is out of control. Incline bench 335 x 7 + 3/4. Couldn't lock out the last one. First time with 335 on the incline and it felt great. Then cable chest press. Wide grip pullups BW+45 x 9. HS upper back row 5 plates per side x 10. Cable shoulder raises. DB shrugs 130's 140's 150's x 12. Scale at home says 295 scale at the gym said 299, so somewhere between 295-299. My diet has not been where it should have in terms of calories this last week. I've been lucky to get 6-7 meals per day instead of 8-9. Will pick it up this week.
 
Saturday's workout was a little different because I was at a resort this weekend and I had to work out at their fitness center. They didn't have any free weights but they had 15-20 very nice machines that allowed me to at least get a decent workout in. 5-6 sets of leg press working up to a 20 rep set. Hamstring curls, leg extensions, calves on the leg press. Then finished it off with arms and weighted abs.
 
Had to do yesterday's injection this morning because I deemed myself too high to do it last night. Injection went perfectly.

Workout today was awesome. Lots of energy today. Bench 385 x 4. Previous to the cycle this was actually my raw max so I've made a big jump here. This was my first time benching with a belt on, just thought I'd try it. Seemed to help a little with stability but I didn't sinch it down too tight. Then on to HS rows, did 2 work sets 5 plates per side. Decided it was time to try the 120's on military press today. Tried to kick them up myself once but failed then one of my PT buddies came over and helped me get them up. I had it in my head he was helping me during the set but afterward he said he didn't touch me at all. Got 6 reps so I felt pretty good. Forearm work and I was out of there.

Diet has been lacking the last couple days. Cals have been decent but protein not so high. I'll be leaving for a week long roap trip in about 4 days and I will be lifting but probably won't be able to get the cals as high as I am now. I'll have 2 more weeks on when I get back and will hopefully put on the last few pounds. Still floating between 295-300. Can't complain about the strength increases though.
 
Lookin real good. Deemed to "high"? You mean stoned? lol. Numbers on both strength and weight are looking very impressive. You must turn some heads at the gym. 295 is one big mofo. Good job.
 
Yes I was high off of "pot".

Leg day was intense. Walking db lunges working up to 100's x 16 (8 per leg). Pause for heart attack. Superset leg extensions and calf extensions then cable shrugs and leg curls and I'm out.

OK it's been way too long since I updated this thing. I've been back from my trip for a few days now and had my first workout yesterday. I managed to workout 4 of 8 days on the road. 2 were quality workouts at a gold's gym and the other two were marginal ones in a hotel fitness center. Last night's workout was good because I was worried I had lost some strength. Hit 405x4 on decline bench. I won't call this a pr because I think I was at least this strong before leaving. Rows 365x6-pr. HS military 3 plates and a 35 per side x9-big pr. Forearm work and that's all. Lost a few pounds on the road but am working to gain it back fast, sitting about 295 right now. Before leaving I shot 750mg test-e, 1000 iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and 12.5 mg aromasin. I had my superdrol with me on the trip.

I tweaked my back on rows last night and I'm hoping its nothing major. Moved today's workout back to tomorrow and will try to do some legs. We are now in the last leg of the cycle, 10 shots of prop and then time for post cycle therapy (pct). First shot was last night and it went terribly. We're shooting 2cc's eod and after about half a cc it started to hurt badly as I pushed the oil in. Halfway through the shot I almost pulled it out and said fuck it but I stopped myself because I realized I would just end up sticking myself again. I gritted my teeth and got through it but that was painful. I am hoping the rest are not so bad.

I got one of my PT buddies to spot me and hit 495x4. My previoius best was 475x3 so this is a big pr for me. Only the last rep was below parallel but the strength was there on all of them, they came up pretty easy. After that it was calves and 20 rep cable shrugs and I was out.

Yeah around there. It might even be a little more now.

Last workout was legs. Took it easy because my back is not 100% yet and i'm taking no chances at this point. Did 5 sets horizontal hack squats. All sets were of 10. Calves and cable shrugs and that was it.

I have done 3 shots of prop now. The second and third didnt hurt nearly as bad going in as the first. I think the first one may have hurt because I was shotting where one muscle meets another or something like that. The post-shot soreness hasn't been very bad at all either. For now the plan is just to finish off my shots into my quads. 7 more to go.
 
Last upper body day was bittersweet. Started out incline benching 345x6 (fuck yeah). Cable flyes. Pullups bwx8, bw+25x8, bw+45x3. After the third rep it felt like my bicep was being torn from the tendon and I had to stop. This is the third time I've done this to my arm and I have to say I'm pretty pissed. Between this and my lower back getting tweaked again I feel like I'm falling apart. Will do my best to have a good squat day tomorrow.

Will be shooting prop again tonight. Injections have been smooth and little soreness. We've been heating up the oil and this is really helping.

Sometimes you gotta step back and take things into perspective, I think. You've gained a lot of mass and strength so I'm sure your body has been put through hell. I know it sucks to mentally want to go but your phsyically incapable. Even with the small setbacks you've come a long way, and you should keep that in mind. GJ.

Thanks for the kind words and you are right. With that in mind I'll try not to be pissed about squats today. From 2 plates on up my back was feeling shitty at the bottom of the lift. 3 plates was ok so I thought I'll put on a belt and go 4 plates. After 405 my confidence was not there and I ended up walking away from 495. I actually stepped up to the bar and was ready to do it but my back just didnt feel right when I started to unrack it and I bailed. Hopefully I will be able to have one more good squat day before the end of the cycle.
 
Upper body today and a great workout all around. Bench press 385x6. BIG pr. Had to go light on the back stuff because of my arm. Tried a couple sets of reverse grip rows but that started hurting so moved to HS rows and did several sets working up to 3 plates and a 25 per side x 20. This was the heaviest I could go without feeling pain in my bicep. HS shoulder press 4 plates per side x 8. Forearm work and I'm done.

Weighed in at 301 this morning at the gym with just a little food in me. I've put back the weight I lost on my trip and now I'll try to pack on a few more in the short time I have left to be on.

Received a fresh amp of hcg this morning and just got done with injections. Barring the first injection the prop has been a dream to shoot. I get less soreness shooting 200mg prop eod than 1cc of enth 2x per week. I think I'm going to use prop for the entirety of my next cycle.
 
Skipped my last lower boday day, back to upper. Incline db 75's x8 100's x8 120's x8 140's x10 (PR) Cable chest press. Cable lat pulldowns. Machine rows 4 sets. Cable lateral raises. Made it thorough another back workout without re-injuring my bicep.

Down to my last couple shots of prop. Shot last night and everythign went fine. Been doing 500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) eod along with my prop for the last week, hopefully this will give my nuts a final boost before post cycle therapy (pct). Got a few more workouts on cycle left and then time for pct.
 
Just got back from legs. Still taking it very easy and monitoring lower back closely. Leg press 4 plates per side x20 6 platesx20 8 platesx20. Superset lying hamstring curls 160x10 180x10 200x12 with machine calf press. Power shrugs 315x6 405x6 455x6. Suprisingly no pain in lower back during power shrugs. Superset preacher curls- cambered bar + 35's x8, 45's x8, 45's x10 with two arm dumbell overhead extension 100 x10 120 x10 140x10. Hadn't done any serious arm work in maybe a month. Bicep felt good but tendons on both arms feeling somewhat stiff.
 
Well boys its that time. First day of post cycle therapy (pct). post cycle therapy (pct) will consist of 40 mg nolva a day for two weeks then down to 20 for two weeks + 12.5 mg aromasin (I think I have enough for about 3 weeks worth) per day. Today was supposed to be a workout day but I'm taking it off to give myself a little extra time to rest and hopefully I can hit the gym hard this weekend. As far as diet is concerned I will be eating as much as I can through post cycle therapy (pct) and then down to maintenance until late fall for my next cycle. Pics will be up within a day or two.
 
so u like the test prop eh? once u get passed the soreness it's actually pretty sweet. I was thinking about doing one grand of test prop for a month or close to it.......with another fast acting ester........good job on the lifts man your a animal

Thanks for the compliments. I absolutely loved prop, and the best part is there was no soreness to get past! I think my next cycle will be pretty similar to the one you're talking about except I'll probly go 8 weeks.
 
Cant wait to see pics........your a big MF............I am just about to start post cycle therapy (pct) on my first cycle...it wasnt as big as yours but i gained a good 15+ lbs
 
Alright the first round of pics are in. Took these yesterday at a very light 290. I had been losing weight the past few days and camping the night before last didn't help. Will have more shots up on monday or tuesday and they will include leg shots. Do you guys think I should post the full set in a different forum? I'm wondering how many members actually read these journals.
