Well to be honest I don't think I've ever had an "anxiety attack" but what I have noticed about gear in general is that when my blood levels are rising it is very easy for me to get anxious or frusterated. With the tren I noticed myself getting slightly more irritable/frusterated than I normally would. The anxiety was fairly pronounced around the second week. There were also some mood swings that I found very intersting. By week 3-4 the emotional stuff had all calmed down and everything has been basically normal. If you are a person that has real problems with anxiety/panic I would start the tren dose VERY low, or avoid it all together.

if you have anxiety do NOT use tren. i would avoid orals if i were you too. test by itself never gave me any problems at all.

Hey man nice of you to check in. It's been an up and down cycle. I was pretty disappointed that the first round of stuff didn't have much of an effect but something is working now so I'm hustling to make as much progress as possible before cutting the tren. I'd love to go see rage I didn't even know they were touring. Where are you posting these days?

Bro they decided to reunite for The Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Ca at the end of April. It may be for just this one show, but I'm hoping it's for good. Get a ticket and head out there it will be fuckin awesome. RATM is the SICKEST live act around. I'm still at ep (not a whole lot of posting) and at my buddys forum www.badattitudegym.com. Signup at BAG there are some seriously strong and badass mofos there, you would dig it. There are a lot of ELITE APF and some WPO lifters posting on their forum.

Incline db's 70's x8 100's x8 120's x8 130's x10 wanted the 140's but one of them was inexplicably missing
db flyes 45's x10 55's x8 very slow
Lat pulldown 200 x8 220 x8 250 x13
Machine rows 200 x8 240 x8 280 x8
Seated lateral raises 30's 35's 40's x8
Superset w/ db shrugs 75's x15 x15 x20 slow paused reps
 
holy crap, 130's is big...nice! Not sure if my gym even has them (obviously i haven't need to look yet :( )

Front squats 225 x6 295 x6 PR
Good Mornings 225 x6 295 x5 a little sloppy but a PR also
Weighted abs superset w/
heavy calf sled
Hammer curls 50's 65's 75's x6 per side
superset w/ two arm db press - these always kill my wrists

Had 4 straight days out of the gym due to scheduling then the superbowl. Looks like the rest did me well because I was strong today.

Bench 225 x5 275 x5 295 x5 315 x8 - had 9 in me but no spot, finally some forward progress
HS rows 3 plates per side x6 4 plates x6 5 plates x6 5 plates +25 x9
Db military 75's x6 90's x6 110's x7 - not bad considering I had to get them up myself
Power shrugs 315 x5 405 x3 475 x3
superset w/ forearm work

Final month of tren, time to push for strength.

The thing that sucks most is that I can't be sure that the doses on what I'm taking are correct. My source has been sending out a lot of bad gear lately, and he's temporarily suspended at AB, so to be honest I'm not confident about anything.

superset w/ crunches

superset w/ tricep pressdown 3 sets x8
