You have a point on the chaffing. I've never looked at underarmor underwear but I'll have to give them a try. Thanks for the suggestion.
 
Shot left quad. Switched to some new needles and this one seemed a lot sharper, went in very smooth.

Workout tonight was better than the last one.

Sent what tren we had left back to the source to get it replaced. Hopefully will have better luck with the next batch.
 
Ya its good but there are off brands that are cheaper than the actual underarmour but its the shit.
 
Shot left bicep early this morning instead of last night because of schedule conflict.

Finished finals this morning and slept the rest of the day.

HS high row 3 plates per side x8 4 plates per side x7 4 plates x10 - By this point I am so pumped up I can barely finish sets

Wasn't feeling to energetic when I woke up but I went to the gym anyway because I work all day tomorrow.

Squats 405 x8 -wrapped up for this one and put a lot of effort into it

Lying leg curls 3 sets x8

Rope cruches 3 sets x8
Superset w/
Narrow grip curls 3 sets x8
and Tricep pressdowns 3 sets x10

Shot right bicep, no pain but it was a bitch because I had a little oil on my finger and couldn't get any force behind the needle without slipping. Weighed in about 277 minus clohtes.

Yeah 12 or so pounds, which isn't particularly impressive but what I am happy about is my muscle quality has changed a lot, they are a lot more dense, I feel like I have a lot more muscle crammed into my frame than I did last time I weighed this much.
 
Also to be fair I have been on six weeks, my first shot was oct. 31st. I think the Sustanon (sust) is just now starting to kick. As I mentioned before I don't believe the tren I have been taking is properly dosed, I'll keep everyone posted when the new batch comes.
 
Took an extra day off yesterday. My wrist has been bothering me and I am not liking the fact that it isn't healing so I am attempting to take it easy on the wrist without completely cutting out pressing movements. Today I stuck to machines because I am not actually holding the weight so my wrist is less aggravated.

Upper Body Strength:

HS wide press 3 plates x6 3 plates and a 25 x6 3plates and a 35 x6
BB rows 275 x5 335 x6 - felt like nothing
Machine Military press 180 x8 200 (full stack) x8 200 x12
BB Shrugs 315 x6 405 x6 +2 power shrugs
superset w/ forearm work

Shot left quad today.

Test seems to be kicking finally, I am noticing a good increase in strength and beginning to see myelf holding water. Left nipple has also been sensitive, may have to up the dose of aromasin and/or add nolva, I'm just going to watch it for a few more days.

Walking db lunges 55's 75's 90's x16 (8 per side) knee touching the ground each rep

The extra day off seemed to give me an extra boost in the gym, made good strength gains in both upper and lower body.

Also my wrist seems a little less aggravated today so hopefully I made the right decision by taking it easy. We'll see how it feels after a couple days rest.
 
how did you hurt your wrist? i sprained mine playing football on thanksgiving. cant do bb curls at all and have to wrap it up to press.

The original injury came when I was incline pressing 120 lb db's at some stupid resort during spring break. The place has heavy db's but the floor was solid and if I had dropped them I would have broken it, so I went down almost as if I was hammer curling the weight (stupid I know) then I hear a snap and the right half of my wrist is out. This was maybe 3 years ago, it has never been quite as strong ever since.

Bench 225x20
Wide grip pullups bw x6 bw+25 x6 bw+25 x10 - suprised I had that many reps in me
HS Row 3 plates per side x6 4 plates x6 5 plates x8
Power Shrugs 405 x3 455 x3

Shot right bicep, inject was perfect. Stopped shooting tren about a week ago while we wait for the new stuff to get here. Not noticing any differences, and numbers continue to rise which confirms my suspicions that the stuff was no good. I am noticing myself start to hold some water, but the sensitivity in my nipple has gone. Everything seems to be progressing nicely.

Things are looking good Lift. I hate having to deal with fake shit, it really screws up everything.

Weights are lookin good too.

Yeah it's completely turned my cycle around from how I thought it would be. Instead of looking at it as a fast bulker and fast cutter I'm just looking at it as a long bulker more like my first cycle. At least this way I was able to make gains on the test alone before adding in a second compound.

That's exactly what happened to me, just trade the tren with var.
