Legs strength today

Squats 315 x3 405 x3 455 x3 not too hard but not easy
Back hypers bw x8 bw+25 x8 bw+35 x10
Calf work 3 sets
supersetw/
Preacher Curls 3 sets
and
Tricep pressdown 3 sets

My wrist seems to be getting stronger by the day. Hopefully I will be back to dumbell work in a week or so.

Shot right quad tonight, went pretty bad. I decided to shoot a little lower than I have been, about the mid-point between knee and hip. I went in and hit a nerve, then when I poked again there was a lot of pain breaking the skin and a lot of wierd sensation when I injected. Sometimes injects just suck.

We missed a couple hcg injects while ordering some new stuff so I took 500iu saturday and 500 iu today, that should get my nuts back in fighting shape, then back down to 250 iu eod.
 
Upper body strength today:

bench 315 x 5 wanted to go for another but had not spot
bent over rows 345 x 6
Arnold Press 75's x6 85's x8 (irritated my wrist a little but not bad)
DB shrugs 110's 120's 130's x15
superset w/ forearm work

Missed my inject yesterday so today I shot 2ml Sustanon (sust) and doubled up the aromasin and hcg to take care of tomororw.

My new tren will not be arriving until after christmas which is no big deal because I'm having fun on test only right now.

Incline Bench 225 x6 275 x6 295 x6 almost had 7
Db flies deep and slow 40's x10 50's x10 really stretched the chest out
Lat pulldowns 230 x8 250 x8 250 x10
HS high row 3 plates her side x8 4 plates x8 4 plates and a 25 x8 pause 5 seconds x2
Superset cable lateral raises with cable shrugs 3 sets each

Weighed in about 280 on an empty stomach.

I didn't have it in me to squat heavy today so I wanted to try something different, the one legged squats were cool I will definitely do them again.

It's not a true one legged squat because my opposite toe is touching for balance, but I would never be able to do them on one leg only. They were definitely hard to get the hang of, sometimes it would be all hip then all quad, and I was having the tendency to lean very hard to one side.

I had never done standing militaries before and they were a little clumsy but felt really good. I think I'm going to integrate them into my workout more because my gym has no regular military press station.

My other gym only went up to 125's and that was 24 hr fitness, this is a golds and they go up to 150. I've never seen anyone use the heavy dbs besides me, which suprises me because there are at least a few people there that are decently strong.

8 weeks down and I stepped on the scale tonight. Went straight to 290. I couldn't believe it so I stepped off and stripped off my watch, knife, keys, wallet, cell phone, and stepped back on. Went right back to 290. I don't feel 290, and I don't know how I could have gained the weight so fast. My friend got on the scale and he was right where he was supposed to be so who knows. I'll weigh again in about a week to see if its real. If so that puts me up about 27 lbs.
 
tren + test FTW. Expect some of that to be water - but not that much! Even if you have 10lbs of water that's still great gains.
 
No tren yet my friend. The new stuff still hasn't gotten here. :(

I can't wait to see what I can do with it as well.

I certainly did. I believe I was above my naturally keepable muscle at the end of my last cycle, which caused me to lose some, and that got me somewhat discouraged which in turn hurt my motivation to eat.

So what that equates to. First and foremost I need to be more disciplined with eating. My latest scheme is to really clean up my diet at the end of this cycle, maybe 4-6 weeks of clean eating to get my insuline sensitivity up and maybe shed a little fat. Then for post cycle therapy (pct) start eating a little more lossely, and hopefully at least be able to fend off big losses. I plan on a short post cycle therapy (pct) perhaps 4-6 weeks in duration, then hopping back on long esters for the summer.If I can keep most of my size I would like to run a real cutter. I know its not the healthiest option but for now the time on=time off isn't what I want to do.
