Lift's Second Cycle - Test and Tren.

drugs dont make a lifter, lifting does, as you know. if you or anyone is relying on the drugs you in for a big disapointment. there are no quick fixes in the gym. its hard work and consistancy. deads, squats, heavy posterior work and benching are the keys to size.

as far as the drugs are concerend you not gonna grow much off tren, esp at 50mg/d. its mainly used by strength athletes for strength gains. test is best for size gains.

Nice to see you frequenting the lob PB. At this point I am pretty convinced I received a bunk batch of tren. Myself, my roommate, and another person I did not previously know over on AB have all been on this batch almost a month and seen zero positive gains from it. I had some sides the first week but they just disappeared and now nothing. My modest gains make sense when I realized that I am on Sustanon (sust) only. I am trying to work the whole thing out with my source, but he is reluctant to call his gear into question.

Workout yesterday was pretty good.

Bench 315x5(had to bail out on the 6th and put it on the lower pins)
HS rows 3 plates per side x6 4 plates per side x6 5 plates per side x8
DB military press 75's x6 90's x6 100's x8
Shrugs 315x6 405x6 -busted out the straps finally
superset w/ forearm work

Will be shooting and working out later today.

Beat up the legs pretty good today.

Walking DB lunges 55's x8 (per leg) 75's x8 85's x8
SLDL's 315x8 - really trying to make sure my form is perfect on these, felt good
Calf work superset w/ weighted ab work
Reverse curls superset w/ tricep pressdown machine

Shot left quad, everything was perfect. Could not draw with a 25 gauge no matter how much air I shot into the vial. Still fighitng the 18's.

why are your #s down? if you stay consistant with your training and eating you shouldnt lose strength when you come off, unless you where doing a bunch of orals for a very short cycle. the guys that yo-yo at my gym typically dont train when they come off which is one of the biggest mistakes a lifter can make. hence the results they get. like i mentioned earlier the drugs dont make a lifter, lifting and heart do. stay consistant and quit looking for the quick fix. drugs help but they aint magical like many believe. ask anyone who's been "on" and training for a long time and they'll tell you the same thing.
 
I was training and eating off cycle. I just lost weight even though my diet didn't change. I think seeing some of my strength and weight go demoralized me a little and so I didn't hit it as hard as I could have. I was lifting about twice a week focusing on all compound stuff and basing my routine around squats and bench.
 
your strength will always drop off cycle. the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) increase your strength through a variety of mechanisms besides actual hypertrophy of muscle tissue.

im not saying youll never get as strong as you were when youre "on", but all other things being equal you will be stonger on then off.

btw-50mg tren ed will make you grow very well...100mg eod is my fav dose for this goal.

Agree with everything said here. It's impossible to come off and not lose some strength when you have made so much progress.

I am sending the tren I have left back and getting it replaced so hopefully the next batch will yield some better results.
 
Had to move out today, so I was moving and packing prettymuch all day. I was suprised to find I had a pretty good workout despite being so worn out.

Upper Body Hypertrophy-

Incline hammer strength: 3 plates and a 25 per side x8 4plates +15 lbs per side x8
Cable chest flyes: 3 setsx10
Wide grip pullups- bw x8 bw x10 bw x15
One arm cable rows- 160x8 180x8 200x8
Cable crossover lateral raises 3 sets x10
DB shrugs 110's x10 120's x10 130's x10
 
How do you do your wide-grip pullups, to the front, or behind your neck?
I find the wide grip too uncomfortable, it wrecks my shoulders so I just do the close-grip pull up, it's far more comfortable.
 
I have a pullup station where the bars come out to either side but there is nothing in the middle. I use an overhand hook grip. I really like it this way because there is no bar to work around, you just pull straight up and down.
 
Shot right bicep tonight, everything was good although there was a little bit of blood.

Finally back to squats tonight-405x3 (split my underwear first rep and completely messed up my focus or I would have pulled out a couple more.) Put on a belt for these and everything feels good. I think I'll wrap up next week.
Goodmornings- 245x6 had to push the weight on these cause squats sucked

Bicep Cur's 40's 50's 60's x8
superset w/ tricep pressdowns 3 sets x12

My bum wrist is acting up a bit. Hasn't kept me from doing anything so far but I am worried that it may get re-injured at some point during the cycle.

I've never had a bicep shot not bleed. It's the only muscle that bleeds every time I shoot it. It sucks but necessary I guess.

I've been pretty lucky so far, I'd say I only get blood about 1/4 of the time. I'm getting really used to doing one-handed injects. The only problem is that it's hard to keep from tensing up the bicep throughout the entire inject.

I haven't done good mornings in a while so I dunno how much I can lift, but I think that weight could possibly kill me lol! GJ.
 
Shot right quad yesterday, perfect inject.

Workout today was decent at best.

Bench 315x4 had to have help on the 5th-as you can see I moved down from last time. Don't know what the FUCK is up with my bench but it's been stagnant for a month and I am very frusterated.
Rows- 275x6 315x7 pure rage from bench
HS military- 3 plates and a 25 per side x7
forearm work
superset w/ db shrugs 140's x8 150's x8 150's x10 (had my straps today :))
 
Keep up the good work bro! Its always funny when ya bust a pair of underwear. most my underwear now are like the underarmour boxer breifs, plus it cuts down on chaffing if you have to walk around all day.
