Limbs going numb easily

Hey yall, I was wondering if any of you have had problems with your arms and or legs going numb really easily when laying down or other casual positions when on a cycle? I think maybe its because of water retention but not sure. any others experience this?

Numbness

It could be caused by dehydration or the fact that your Red Blood Cell count goes up during cycle. An aspirin ED may help thin your blood and help your circulation. How is your bloodpressure?

This could be your muscle hitting your nerves. Once you've built up some significant muscle the nerves actually get "squished" by the muscles. Basically pressure on the nerve from the muscles.

Try taking some extra b-vitamins....b6 I believe is the one that helps but don't quote me on that!

Also use some extra pillows.

Yes....dehydration can be a cause as well. Drink your water!!!:splat:

i have this happen often but usually on leg day when im squating , i believe it is when the bar in compressed on my spine due to a compressed disc, but not when i lay down

Agreed on that last post. After 2 back surgeries I can still create situations where my calf and foot fall asleep immediately. Nerves can do some crazy Sh%^.

Never had this issue... but I've heard it being an issue/short term side for some guys on HGH. Are you on GH?

I experience my feet having the numb feeling when I run on a treadmill or especially the elliptical. Right about when I hit the 30-45 min mark is when I feel it the most. I continue and break through it at about the 1 hour mark then I'm g2g. btw, all while not on gear.
I have always wondered why as well...

sometimes my feets get numb when i'm sitting on the toilet taking a really long, healthy shit....is this the same thing?

ya i may be slacking on water some days, not always. My BP is high. I take Strettera too and Tren Xtreme and Test. Ill start puting down more water and perhaps and aspirin at night which has been shown to reduce BP in a recent study.

Also the whole nerve things makes sense though too...

and yes, happend the other day on the toilet. ass and legs went totally numb.

I am on Gh and started feeling numbness in my hands and carpol tunel pain in my hands and wrist. My brother told me to lower from 5iu to 3iu but I really wld like to keep it at 5iu or better. Also resently I started taking water pills so not sure if hgh or lack of water in system?

it happened to me last cycle, arms would fall asleep with just laying on my back with my hand on my waist

Did you back down on your ius per day, or did it eventually go away? I heard that your body gets used to it after a few weeks.. I sure hope the later is the case, cause I am barely at 3ius and want to go up from there.

could be from muscle mass impinging the nerves. i would get that feeling when my arms were over 20" and i would lay back with my arms overhead, or even just talking on a phone for more than a few minutes.

sHHHUT UP!!! SIX years.. wow,,, well this is the bigest I've been gained 20 lbs on last cycle. And its almost time for my next cycle...now not sure what to do cause cld not sleep last night due to my arms getting numb and felt like I had to get up and walk arround every couple of hrs.. So Pirate you don't think its the HgH im on now?

This can be due to a multitude of things, but first of all take a look at your BP through out the day it might be high, get your EPO levels checked and if it continues it might be a spinal injury or nerve damage. Really no way to diagnose this immediately you may have to get MRI's done for them to figure out if its nerve damage.
