Hey guys

I have a bottle of LTL clenbuterol, the dosage is 50mcg per cap. If i did 2 caps a day for 2 weeks should i see a difference?

depends how much you need to lose. Anavar (var) and clen is ok. Anavar (var) will help retain muscle while you're in a calorie deficit.

Clen, for me, causes crazy tremors which makes my handwriting look like chicken scratch...take some L-taurine, magnesium, potassium when on a clen cycle. If not, you'll get some wicked clen cramps.
 
I am currently 5'9, 170 pounds, i lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks by running and dieting, which i am currently still doing. I would like to get to 160, then complete a cycle of test/winstrol. For me looking to add about 10lbs of muscle after the fat loss. This is why i wanted to take the clen, i find that the extra 10 i need to loose isn't coming off as fast because it's been an additional 3 weeks and nothing.
 
kingquad..how old are you? What's your bodyfat %? How long have you been training? 5'9" and you want to get to 160? You must lack a lot of lean muscle. I'm assuming you must be young and have not reached your full natural potential. No need for AAS if this is the case. You can easily put on 20 lbs of quality muscle in no time, if you train/eat right.

If you're under 25, your natural test levels are through the roof. No need to introduce synthetic hormones into your body since you are in abundance of testosterone as it is. Only thing this will do is shut down your HPTA, possibly permanently, depending on your age.

You've been trying to lose 10lbs for 3 weeks and nothing? That answer is very obvious...it's your diet. plain and simple. This is a good read on cutting:

You also need to cycle off the clen before it becomes counterproductive. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is good. Take some diphenhydramine at night to keep your receptors from downregulating from the clen.

BTW, have you ever seen big bodybuilders do a lot of running? Look at the big picture. What do runners look like? skin and bones...doing alot of running is not muscle sparing at all...It may burn a lot of calories, but it eats up your muscle like candy. Try changing up your cardio to low intensity. Do some walking in the morning, or whenever you first awake on an empty stomach. do no more than 45 minutes. Take some BCAA's before you start to preserve some muscle. If you wanted to double up on the cardio, do some more walking after your lift in the evening.
 
DeadnBloated....hey thanks for the info...I am 38,not sure of bodyfat %. When i was 20 i took a cycle of EQ, Test Suspension and Winstrol. I had good gains, never touched the stuff again.

I kept myself fairly healthy but with time got the nice beer gut. Recently I have started running, 5k 3 times a week, i have changed my diet and lost the 10lbs fast, Started off 180 now down to 170, looking to get to 160 or 165, i just started clen for 14 days, the cycle is as follows 50, 50, 50, 100, 100, 100, 150, 150, 150, 100, 100, 100, 50, 50, 50.

I then plan to take 2 weekls off and repeat. Then I plan to hit the gym hard with nothing in my system. I have a cycle of Test cyp and Winstrol on the back burner which i plan to use in October.

So i'm hoping the clen, along with running and diet gets the beer gut gone, and then the 4-6 weeks in gym prior to the cycle helps, not looking to look like a bodybuilder, but looking for a solid frame.
