Hi Guys,

I recently aquired some Anavar (var) in poweder form. And am wondering if anyone here can help me with some info on conversions and how to convert this into oral use?

sounds pretty easy... So if i have a 20gram pack how should i gauge the dose per cap?
And if i was to try to put Anavar (var) in liquid form what steps and supplies would i need.?
