Yep there have been a total of 2 very unhappy customers so far. The first one is quite happy with the way liquidresearch handled the situation. Have patience and bayoumike will get with you.

2 (counting this one) out of hundreds isn't bad over all, I've had nothing but good experiences.

I'm not trying to spoil their rep, but if you're going to post advertisements promoting them -- which is why I ordered in the first place -- you ought to be willing to hear from those of us who have a different experience. I have no doubt it'll work out, but I also have no doubt that on the basis of my experience, the site is not exactly accurate about its shipping.
