LISS Cardio = inhibit gains?

Hi,

What is Your opinion about doing cardio year round, even in Off-Season? I mean for example ~30min LISS at the morning or after training 7x week? Do You think it can inhibit muscle/strength gains ( a lot of studies about cortisol level etc. )? Of course while using AAS.

moderate cardio is always good. i personally dont do it when bulking, but thats because i hate it and only do it when completely necessary. I think if you keep the intensity low and minimize it to 15 mins or so a few times a week it won't hurt gains. Too much intensity for too long and you're burning away muscle and precious calories.

with moderate cardio you'll be fine. but excessive cardio will start burning those extra calories that you need to build muscle
