little problem need help

whats up guys!
as u know ill be running my cycle soon, and
i jwill be starting my new job next week...
the problem is my hours are from 3pm-11pm
sunday/thu....so what im stuck on... is when the fuck should i train????
should i do moring cardio (empty stomach)
at 8am and then just eat eat eat and go to work and then train at 11:30pm....or train in the morning after cardio and go to work.......

please some input would be great.....
 
To tell you the truth it's completely up to you. If you are looking to lean out this cycle, I would personally do morning cardio, go to work and eat throughout the shift, then come home and do your training.
 
It also depends on what time you get up and go to bed of course. If working is the first thing you do, train after work. If it's the last thing you do before you go to bed, train before work.
