liver protectants

I always thought liver protectants should be taken during cycle if taking orals, dbol or anadrol, etc etc. I read somewhere on site that it might cause problems with the absorbtion of the oral AS and so they should be taken during post cycle therapy (pct) . whats up wit this.

I dont know about all these liver cleansing products anymore. They do more harm than good according to a new study.

A healthy diet that includes veggies, fruits, water, is all you need IMO for a healthy liver.

Oh, and stay as clean as possible, meaning, dont drink alcohol, dont smoke, and dont work in an air polluted invironment.

just eat alot of beets. they really help cleanse the liver and blood, naturally.
