I want to cut hard so I bought two bottles of Oxyelite; just not sure would be the best time to add it to cycle; or just right after cycle? What do you think?

Weeks 1-4: Super DMZ 2.0 @ 1 cap in AM/ 1 cap in PM.

Weeks 5-8: Trenabol @ 2 caps in AM/ 1 caps in PM.

Weeks 5-8: Osta-RX @ 3 caps/day.

Weeks 9-12: Super DMZ @ 1 cap in AM/ 1 cap in PM.

Weeks 1-12: LMG 25 1 cap in AM/ 1 cap in PM.

I work out 5 days a week and off two days a week. Do I take DMZ on my off days?

Im going to be the first to burn.....I have a strong feeling that you are not here for the advice. Why else would one come to a website about STEROIDS? I can tell you want more, because youve said youve taken PH's in the past to no avail. If it is reall steroids you are trying to get at, I would first suggest reading the stickies to learn everything you can. After doing that, you can make friends on here and EVENTUALLY you will learn of a source. (Which is what I think you are after underneath all this extra fluff)

1:The protocol for any pro hormone should be the same protocol you should use for steroids. So everything in the stickies for post cycle therapy (pct) at the top of he anabolic thread would apply to a pro hormone cycle. Including running all steroids with the base of testosterone and using a aromatase inhibitor such a arimadex to control estrogen build up and at the end of the cycle run clomid and nolvadex. I am by no means advising you do any of this I am just stating the standard people are going to tell you.

2. for fast growth the best thing you can do is get 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight so or a 200 pound guy that's 300 grams of protein. The fastest I have ever grown included a shit load of T- bones steaks, Baby back ribs, pork chops, baked potato's, pasta, But mainly just lots of red meat every day. Be warned though combining a product that lowers good cholesterol and raises bad cholesterol pretty much any steroid does that. It is a recipe for a heart attack. And aromatase inhibitors also lower good cholesterol and raise bad cholesterol if I am not mistaken I know it does one of the two.

3.buy arnolds encyclopedia about working out. It will give you every single work out variety for all muscles and show form. And get you hyped up to practice what you have learned.

4. Re- read through all these posts and seriously look into all the advice you have gotten and see how to apply it to your life. People might come off as ass holes on here to you. They just forget how hard all this shit is to learn sometimes and repetitive questions about the same thing angers them.

5. Best advice possible either get a personal trainer/ nutritionist or go through the nutritionist that is a sponsor here 3j.

lol I love my method of eating steak every day and ribs to bulk but 3j would give you a way better finished look on the outside and a way healthier cholesterol level. When im trying to bulk I just cut out cardio and work out 5 times a week and load myself up on Bcaa's while working out and micronized whey protein isolate after words. Some of the natural test boosters are nice addition like T bomb 2 for instance. It maybe adds a pound of muscle but. It does help and I does work to a degree. Its better for you in the long run than pro hormones. Taking supplements is a multi layered effect. When they are all added together they work great but not so much on their own. A great stack I used was T bomb 2, blue growth its a hgh supplement, recoup bcaa's watermelon, Dynmatize micronized whey, gnc multivitamins, Yok3d is a nitric oxide booster, nova test its a anti estrogen, platinum pre work out by optimum nutrition, concrete watermelon creatine, and casein protein ever night 40grams before you go to sleep. and if you combine lots of steak and red meats and carbs you will get big pretty quick. It is a very efficient all around supplement regiment and you don't lose the gains quick they stay with you even if you don't work out for 3 weeks. Just follow all the information I gave you and others have. And stay away from pro hormone and steroids tell you gain another 5 pounds of muscle because you are just cheating your self and making future gains harder if you don't. And will become dependent on anabolic compounds.

Dude, this thread is a waste beyond people getting the opportunity to see someone who DOES NOT LISTEN. U just don't seem to get it and there is plenty of people TRYING to help u. Stop taking the PHs. Get your diet in check!!! Workout for real and spend years doing it. If u haven't hit several plateaus and used several different training techniques or regimens, then yur not ready for anything, let alone AAS.

You are absolutely right. I will definitely have Diet and Routine in check for the REST of my life for now on! Im almost 200 lbs and look good. I just want to be ripped and super strong at this point by 35. I want to be 225 lbs and bench 425 by 35. I have come to the conclusion that the real stuff is way better; but if I take another PH cycle it will be something like DNA Mammoth because that stuff looks sick! Reminds me of the SUS 500 and Testanate 50 days!

WOW. Are u even real? If you're training for strength properly and really determined, u can bench 425 naturally all day long. Or really damn close to it. The fact you've taken all these PH cycles and still only bench 235 or whatever tells me yur training is not on point. At all. Forget the PHs and the gear.
