Pro hormones are almost designed to make you have to eventually go on testosterone replacement therapy. Even if you cycle them for example 1 month on 2 months off. Eventually you are going to fuck your self up using them. It really isn't even a matter of how often you use them as much as you will eventually use one that is very strong and shuts your natural testosterone down. And your pct is going to be tribulus and shitty products that are similar. Honestly man its a fucked up situation your in I understand because I have been in it a lot of times. It sucks but pro hormones in the long run are going to cause liver damage and lower your natural testosterone levels. I would really suggest you get a personal trainer make sure to take a lot of high quality base supplemens like creatine, mass gaining protein, multivitamins, ect... Just so you know some times being jacked up and on steroids is not all it is cracked up to be. Even just being big. There are lots of down sides to both. Like stretch marks that look like tiger stripes from being big or steroids. And girls don't really love big guys like we all like to think they do. What I am trying to say man is don't go to the gym and envy these guys that are freakishly big and on steroids. You are the one who is really wining in the end. Because your healthy and that's one thing you can never ever buy is your health. So next time you go to the gym have fun work out and enjoy life. If you really want to go down the road of doing steroids you need to study a hour every night at the least and make a journal of what you learn. And keep updating it. Pro hormones are not a solution and you will end up smaller than the guys who are on juice and with worse health problems. I guess I only write all of this because I know how you feel and I get that same feeling to some times. But in the end man think of it like this you sound like you are in decent shape and god has given you pretty good genetics because you don't sound fat and your not skin and bones. Now imagine a guy who is in a wheel chair who just wishes he could work out or take a walk. I feel that some times people get greedy and see what they don't have not what they have. You already are winning in the statistical odds of having a good working body and you want to look like a greek god. What im saying is be happy man enjoy life and count your blessings and you have a world of knowledge to learn before you should use steroids. And that is for your own safety because they are very complicated on many different levels. You are not just dealing with making a great steroid stack you are dealing with how your body will respond, if you are getting real steroids, taking care of estrogen management and rebooting your normal testosterone and many other things. It is on giant fucking headache and in the end the result isn't the same for every one. Enjoy life peace.

To be honest my wife is very satisfied with my physique; and I am too as well if I really think about it because I am 190 with a nice flex look for an average guy with his health. I really need to upload a photo; but you are right I see those guys in the gym and I definitely want that.

I will definitely meditate on this; and even consult this with the Higher Power God.

I am 190 with a weak bench; do you think it is unrealistic for me to shoot for 225 weight and 425 bench goal at 35; I am 32 now. Is that too much or should I tone it down?

3 years is a lot of training time. Yes it's possible to get to that body weight in that time. The bench would depend on where you're currently at but is possible as well. Now if you only can lift the bar right now, then you might have a problem, but I'm a believer in staying positive so I say go for it.

I can bench a sets of 10: 225 on the smith press; and probably sets of ten 185 Free Weight. I know that is pathetic; but that is where I am at the moment. I want to blast that out of the water!
 
If you want to bench 425 I believe that you can do it. You just need to think about your joints. You are getting to the age where they might not have as much lubrication in them as they did in your 20's. And it could result in a injury or just a annoying pain that might not go away for a while. I would recommend if you are aiming at benching 425 maybe join a power lifting meet. Because you really do not want the average joe spotting you with 425 pounds over your head. and for getting to 225. You can do it if you put your mind to the task. You just have to realize it will involve not skipping meals and having those meals timed out on maybe a cell phone alarm or something. Also if you want to get to that weight. Do it with moderate gains and clean food. Doing it with junk food and gaining it all really quick won't give you quality gains and it will with out a doubt cause stretch marks. If you plan on bulking up that much I would recommend putting vitamin E and coco butter on the muscles you are going to work out every day and night. Lol trust me stretch marks appear with in a day and they don't go away. You might have elastic skin and not get them. But I would use something to moisturize your skin to be sure. Ha ha ha im giving moisturizing advice on a steroid forum. lol It is actually good advice though you don't want to look like a super hero but be afraid to take your shirt off because of stretch marks.

You have been told 20X that the compounds in Super DMZ are 100% REAL steroids, yet I see you going around from board to board still talking as if they ae not. Perhaps you thought everyone was lying to you when we all explained to you what these products are. Again, look them up. Dimethazine was clinically proven (using real human subjects) to build more muscle tissue than Anadrol on a mg oer mf bais...and methylstenbolone, while not having any human clinical reserach behind it, still provides solid gains.

There is no reason you should still weigh 190 lbs at 6'1 tall when using potent oral steroids such as these. If you do not add a solid 20-30 lbs in the next couple cycles, that means you are fucking up your diet and/or training, as you should be easily packing on the mass at your currently level of development no matter what steroid you use...and especially when using strong oral such as these.

I have taken several pro hormones in the past so I think I do have a little experience. I always used just OCT PCT and always bounced back just fine.

People on here are just telling me that SUPER DMZ 2.0 is amazing and need a real SERM. I dont know much about real SERMs so that is why I am asking questions.

Ill probably just use OCT PCT and bounce back fine like I always do.

I keep reading about you saying you took this and that but your strength is not improving, your not gaining weight. Stop taking that junk my friend. PH and AAS are not magic. You can take everything known to man, if your diet is not in check then you will not ever gain anything and for some reason if you do. As soon as you come off cycle you will loose it all.
I think you need to hook with 3J's nutrition, who is a sponsor on this board and see how far he can take you. Then if your still not satisfied with the results then maybe consider another route. I myself have hooked with 3j and that man can do some magic for you bro all natural too....

If you aren't gaining a lot of weight and strength from your first few cycles, your diet and/or training is off base. Diet is usually the main problem, as even half-hearted training, in combination with a solid diet and steroids, will typically result in pretty good gains...especially when doing your first few cycles. Health not taken into consideration, the 2 most important aspects of your diet, when it comes to gaining muscle tissue, are calories and protein. Calories are the #1 most important factor...because of you aren't eating enough, you won't gain muscle...period. The body requires more calories than it uses n order to build muscle. The body will even build muscle tissue with a minimal amount of protein, as long as you are consuming a surplus of calories. Once you add at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight to the right number of calories, you are in the clear as far as growth is concerned. Of course, I am not saying you should not pay attention to any other aspect of your diet, as gains will be even better when eating "healthy", but all the healthy food in the world won't do shit if you aren't eating enough. You could be eating 400 grams of protein daily and you won';t gain shit if calories are insufficient.

Brother, eating for BB'ing is HARD WORK!!!! Why do you think so many guys never even approach the size of your typical pro or national level BB'r? It is not because of genetics (they play a role, but less than most people think in terms of muscle building). It is not because of drugs, as there are MANY guys taking a TON of drugs who are small. It is not because of training, as many guys train there ass off and are small. 95% of the time the reason guys never get as big as they want to is because they are not able...or willing...to eat the way they need to on a consistent basis, year after year. If there is any "secret" in BB'ing, it is the ability to eat the right way, every day, for years in a row. Few have the willpower to do it, which is why few people get as big as the pros.
 
The fact that this discussion has gone through this many iterations of basically the same reply and you still don't seem to understand is a perfect demonstration of why you don't just tell someone "take x mg of y compound for z time". As stated before, steroids, regardless of the compound or method of interaction, prohormones included aren't some magical silver bullet that's going to give you the capability to reach your goals. They're a tool, like anything else, and you need to understand how to use them, what they do, and what your body does before you think about using them.

Forget give a man a fish/teach a man to fish. Remember when you were a kid and asked your parents for some cash so you could have some candy or a nintendo game or something? If your parents just gave you the cash, you went and got what you wanted, and that was it, there was no value associated with it because in that kid frame of mind, all you had to do was ask for it. If you had parents with a little more desire to shape how you would grow, they might have made you wait for it, filling the time in between with tasks for you to complete. Tasks that were difficult for you, so you could form an association between effort and value. The knowledge of how your body works, what makes it grow, and how steroids affect that along with how they affect other parts of your body is a very important thing, one that hopefully everyone here values, and if it just gets handed to you, there's little assurance that you will actually take that knowledge to heart and more than likely you'll just distill it down to "take x mg of y for z weeks".

Not to say you need an in depth understanding of chemistry, biology, or medicine, but a well rounded understanding of what it takes to get big and strong (steroids aren't needed to get there) and what these chemicals you are going to put into your body will actually do when you eat or inject them. To make it really simple, there are 3 things you need a lot of to get bigger. Food, rest, and lifting those weights. Don't underestimate how much food it's going to take, your body can make use of a LOT of food. Make yourself an account at myfitnesspal.com and plug in what exactly you ate today. Plug in what you eat tomorrow. Don't leave anything out. How many calories does it come out to? I bet it's not 5000 calories, or even 4000. Read the labels of the foods you're going to put into your body, break things down into macronutrients, that's grams of protein, carbs, fats, and how many calories you're taking in. You need enough of each of those macros to grow well, along with enough calories so your body has the energy to do it. Eat big to get big, no two ways around that. Look around in the diet forum for suggestions on recipes, as eating the same thing over and over gets old pretty fast. Tailor your diet to be full of things you like to eat, as long as you're getting the appropriate macros and not too much crap. Don't rely on protein shakes too much either, those are an expensive stopgap solution to get your protein up when you can't eat.

Go over to the training subforum and see if there are any routines that appeal to you. Changing up your routine from time to time helps keep your interest. Look into the stickies at the top of this forum too to have a look at what a lot of people have to say about steroid cycling.
