OK I HAVE SUM LONG ASS ARMS IM 6'3 I NEED MORE UPPER CHEST AND INNER CHEST ANY SUGGESTIONS , I TRY KEEPING MY SHOULDERS BACK AS MUCH AS POSS BUT IM LOOKING FOR ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS
I would concentrate on keeping your shoulder blades against the bench at all times, I mean pinch the bench with your shoulder blades, IMO, I would go with low angle Inclines and Declines, you can go with DBs, BBs, Smythe or machines, do not lock out, always keep tension throughout the movement, controll those negatives...
