...of it. Been awhile since I posted; dealing with a divorce, but fuck her.

Point at hand are my most recent labs. Almost a year on TRT. Doing great. Weight down from 265# July 17, 2014, to 216.9# this morning. As per body impedance testing, body fat at 9.0% from my first testing of 22.1% on 10.14.14. I pin T on Mon/Thu, hcg on Tue/Fri; tested blood on Monday before shot. I was using my prescribed 1mg x 2wk dosage of 'strozole until it was recommended here to split it to .5mg x 2 wk due to lower range labs. No crash, but lower range. Admittedly, its been awhile since I ran labs, but they just came back unfavorably.

Luteinizing Hormone(LH), 0.1 LOW 1.7-8.6 mIU/mL
FSH, Serum <0.2 LOW 1.5-12.4 mIU/mL
Estradiol 79.1 HIGH 7.6-42.6 pg/mL
Testosterone, Serum 1201 HIGH 348-1197 ng/dL

Obviously, I am going to get back on my doc's AI protocol, but I have a few questions:

For about two months I've noticed ejaculatory volume has decreased significantly and erectile function has decreased. I still get wood but not the same quality, and although condoms have always sucked, now they are nearly impossible to wear for more than a minute.

Is it logical to deduce the 79.1 E2 number is what's fucking with my dick, and is it also logical to assume ejaculatory volume has decreased due to low LH & FSH or with regard to the latter, is that just a representation of HPTA shutdown from exogenous T? What could cause the low volume considering I shoot 500iu of Hcg twice a week?

Thank you in advance for any help you all may offer.

What I can say is that yeah, the E2 of 79 is definitely screwing you up in that department. And, you could have low volume because your ejaculatory response is low because of decreased stimulation to that area and weak erections etc.. Things just aren't quite working correctly. I'd say the low LH and FSH is just due to being shutdown. Need to bring that E2 down carefully to a more acceptable level that works for you. I say that because everyone is different, but 79 is way too high imo. Test is a tad high too, but if you can keep it high and figure out how to control E2 then great for you.

TW: Thank you for your input.

With regard to 'bring that down carefully', as of Friday I will be back on the full milligram dosage, and I reckon two weeks should be adequate before retesting.

Not a moderator, but I can tell you that estradiol definitely can impede your ability to obtain an erection, or even desire sex. Volume of your ejaculate however is something I still don't understand WHY folks are so concerned with.

Do you guys bust out a measuring spoon and/or graduated cylinders upon orgasm? Do you absolutely NEED to be able to paint the walls eggshell after you make your O face?

I'm not trying to be a dick here, but this comes up so often and I really don't understand it. The answer to your question is actually difficult to address as there are several factors at play (FSH only impacts the microscopic tadpoles, not volume of seminal fluid) including water intake, diet, time of day, state of arousal, cowper gland health, and likely others I'm forgetting.

My .02c :)

@1/2wit: I am not 'you folks'; I am one man, and one man that is not 'so concerned with ejaculate volume'. To me, it is a data point, a variable - within this science experiment we're all engaging - that I have taken notice to a drastic change. Your 'several factors at play' average themselves out moot when comparing two months against a lifetime. I'm not measuring, but I do know what my typical load is & I know its dramatically decreased in the last couple months. Positively. That makes me contemplate cause in my quest to understand more thoroughly this aforementioned experiment we're all engaging; especially considering I have fresh lab data that can be interpreted

Thank you for your time & input.

Thank you for your time & input.

Perhaps I should reiterate. What is the significance of seminal fluid volume as it pertains to your science experiment? You are aware that there is almost zero correlation between fertility and the net sum of liquid expelled right?

I did not intend to offend, but you are one of the folks in which my post refers to as I am hoping for some insight into why such a data point is even taken. As fertility is best measured via a sperm/motility count, and FSH is the chief hormone responsible for spermatogenesis - what other purpose does this serve?

Is it for determination of masculinity? Is there a concern for health risks? (where the other factors come into play) Target practice? Heck, how are you even quantifying the data? Are you separating the fluids in order to identify where a potential issue may stem from? Are you measuring volume or mass?

Look, I can be just as analytical (if not moreso) than the next guy, but I find being concerned over this specific topic somewhat silly. I'd have to ask the wife to spit or squat over some measuring devices just to try to follow along - or just be happy that I feel AMAZING, and my penis works at 100% of its capabilities.

Sorry if I don't quite follow, I was truly hoping for some explanations here as this topic DOES come up somewhat frequently. If you want to help me (and others) by possibly explaining your motives/hypotheses/goals, it would certainly be appreciated. :)

Great posts halfwit. I don't care about my volume as long as I get off and hey at 64 I'm G2G while on or off cycle. On cycle and a little Cialis I'm a walking boner.

I also can't understand why all these guys get so technical and measuring this n that. WTF, I for one with my psyche could have big problems worrying about all this shit. If it gets up and feels good then I'm a happy man. AND so is my mate I'm learning now life is too fvcking short. Ya think! Good luck

Supplementing Lecithen at 1200-1800mg daily can drastically increase seminal volume :)

@Half - Not that I've lost any volume, but I like my loads as large as possible myself lol. As you said, I really enjoy 'painting the walls' (or the missus.) Guess I'm just a seedy bastard? :p

LOL. Yep, and you're pretty much the ONLY person that has really explained it too! I honestly wouldn't mind shooting puffs of dust if I could - as long as orgasms stayed the same. Less cleanup afterwards! :wiggle:
