alright so im on a 13 week cycle
1-3 d-bal 75mg 1st week 50 2-3
2-13 decca 2cc mon an thur
1-15 tes E 350 1cc mon thur
questions? i smoke around 10 cigarettes a day i can run a mile in 730
now should i quit while im on my cycle or will that be bad cuz of irritable mood?
now to my work out
i go to the gym in the am then again after work in the pm
i work
back
cheast
shoulders
arms
legs
before every work out ill stretch then do a 10min mile
lat pull downs 10/8/6/6/10
seated row 10/8/6/6/10
back flys 10/8/6/6/10
chain saw 10/8/6/6/10
single arm pull downs 10/8/6/6/10
then ill end every work out with 3 set of as many i can do pull up for back push up for cheast behind the head pull ups for shoulders chin up & dips for arms and lounges for legs and i never go in starting the same work out as i did before with cheast ill alt bar and bumbell between flat incline decline shoulders same bar and dumbell same for arms on lega ill alt days with a 1mile run heavy lift with a 5mile run light lift. is this a good routine for the cycle im on??? im at 180 5'11 i want to be a healthy 205 any tips???
