looking for a new chest routine

hi,

i am looking for a new chest routine to really blitz my chest as it is lagging behind.

i normally do

flat bench db press
8x8(mondays)
5sets pyramid(fridays)

flat bench db flys (same)

incline+flys(same)

de-cline(same)

cable crossovers(same)

when i do 8x8 i get good contractions but it hasn't really worked for putting on mass

when i do heavy ass weights i dont get such a good contraction

also what is the best technique to prees db for optimal contraction.

incline barbell -- 5x5
incline dumbell -- 3 x 10
weighted dips -- 3 x 10
very wide dumbell flyes 3 x 10

with the 5 x5 you will need to start out a little lighter do not start with your max-- then go up by 5 pounds per week from there--
