Looking for Advice. 25yo Low Test. Please help with results

Hi Guys,

Recently new to this site, looking for some advice.

Recently diagnosed with Low Test. See Bloodwork below.
I've never run any steroids/anabolic substances.

Curious as what to do in my situation. One doctor prescribed to me 1ml of Test Ethanate once every 3 weeks. I've read around and heard that this will probably give me some lows.

I don't really know what to do. I dunno if I want to go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of my life. But what other options are open to me.

I do workout, and I wouldn't mind using a cycle etc just to put on some size after having low test for so long.

Anyway I'm open to advice and opinions.
I eat fairly healthy, take vitamins etc also.

Thanks in Advance

Rob

Well you came to the right place Rob. I'm not too familiar with the healthcare in Australia, but you are right. HRT is for life, and it's not a cycle. I would want to know why your T is so low. Go find out. It could be thyroid, pituitary, gonads, etc. Every 3 weeks won't work out at all, there is nobody on the planet that this works for. Either split up the dose and get it at least 1x/week, or try gel if you have to. Get your estrogen's checked also.

Also get the cycle shit out of your head, you have bigger problems. I mean this in the nicest way. If your T is good and stable, you will be able to make nice gains. Muscles don't just jump on your body with a shot. It takes hormonal balance, diet, and exercise.

I am currently seeing an endocrinologist.
I posted my bloodwork? LH levels look okay?? In normal range..
I am having an MRI scan tomorrow to assess the pituary.

I don't know, but I am unsure if the endo will want to give me 1ml a week. Probably will think I am abusing it :( I just want to do it right tho, hence why I've come here. Also I would like to hear other opinions from similar people who have test levels so low at this age.

Sorry but I thought maybe cycling would be better long term. I do not want to shut down my bodies natural testosterone production, as I would like to try for kids later on if possible :(
I even mentioned to some doctors about prescribing HcG and SERMS. But they said "They are not intended for this use.. blah blah blah"

My diet and exercise is spot on. It's just the hormone levels holding me back. I've tried to lean up before with little or no success finding it really hard to harden up and loose abdominal fat.

Anyway thanks for the reply and I look forward to more opinions and advice.

Thanks
Rob

Whatever you do, don't give up! Read up there's plenty of information in this forum. If you have a deficiency of testosterone, I don't believe a cycle is going to do much. You need consistency.

Yes defiantly! Not going to give up. I do get pretty down sometimes, but I know that is mostly due to the low levels. At least there is an explanation now.

I just don't know if pinning gear every week for the rest of my life sits with me well, but I guess if it means a better quality of life, then I am all for it.

Is it possible to still be fertile and have kids whilst on TRT?

I understand what you mean about pinning every week.. Yea it sucks, but I'd rather feel great than feel like crap. No one wants to feel like that my friend.

Well that's where hcg comes in, it will keep your testicles functioning. I believe I read a few threads stating that they got the wife pregnant while on testosterone/hcg.

Hi Guys,

Had appointment with Endocrinologist today.
Had my recent blood tests results (Updated in first post) and Pituary Gland scan also.

Gland is all good.
Test levels are all good.

The only thing I've stopped is Roaccutane and Protein Shakes.

Sex drive is still a little low, right testicle sometimes gets a little sore, and I find my loads are alot smaller than usually.

Getting a follow up test in 6 weeks.

Thoughts?
