Looking for Advice for maximum results

Hi, I am looking for some advice on the correct way to do a cycle, what amounts to take and how often. I have been weight training since I was about 14-15. I am now 28 and weigh 170pd. I would consider myself to be in good shape, just looking to break through the the next level!

I am planing to stack test400 with test EQ, my problem is I'm not sure how much I should be taking and how often. Im looking to achieve maximum results!

I have a very clean diet.

Meal 1: 7:00-8:00am
Before Run:
- 1/2 cup oats, 8oz liquid egg whites
(mix together in bowl and cook in pan)
After Run:
- 1.5 scoops protein powder (whey isolate)

Meal 2: 11:00am
- Apple
- 1 scoops protein powder (whey isolate)

Meal 3: 1:00pm
- 8 oz chicken breast, grilled or pan fried with
Pam (not oil)
- 1/2 cup rice (or half chicken sandwich using 1
piece of whole wheat bread cut in half instead
of rice)

Meal 4: 4:00pm
- 1.5 cans of tuna white, packed in water
(use small amount of fat free mayo to mix, or
- 2 cups mixed veggies (frozen mixed veggies
are easier)

Meal 5: 7:00pm (after workout)
1.5 scoops protein powder (whey isolate)

Meal 6: 8:00-9:00pm
- 8 oz 99% lean ground turkey (or 1.5 scoops of
Casein protein)... ( or whey if your out of casein)
- Large green salad (1 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp
vinegar) (No tomatoes)

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
