Looking for advice on trimming up some areas.

I've recently been trying to get my abs into shape.

I'm starting to get a nice flat stomach and defined six pack. I also have the V that leads into the pant line.

My only issue is my love handle area. If my body was a clock, Midnight being my belly button, the sides of my lower back... Around 4 oclock and 8 oclock are chubby. The only two spots on my body that appear to have fat.

I've heard different cardio works different areas better. I'm curious of which work outs I can do to slim up these lovehandles.

The only way is if you buy one of those fat loss belts on a late night infomercial. Those are the best!

kidding.. if it were only that simple... There's no way to dictate or choose where fat loss comes from. Cardio and diet will help. Period.

who the hell told you that? PLease go back and kick them in the nuts for lying to your face.

Like Massive said, no exercise will spot reduce fat. You lose fat all over and some areas faster than others.
