No problems bro, makes sense to do a check any time a claim comes across as suspect -- it being me or someone else. Best to clear the air IMHO too.

i put in between 8000 and 12000 cal a day on my last cycle. had lots of debates with people about it. had to sit down and prove it to the people. my weight gainer was 2500 cal a serving. plus i ate 7 times a day with snack times. it was almost grose. i have an abnormaly high metabolism and will NEVER get fat. even if i try.

Wait until you get close to 40.

Have you had your thyroid checked?

?

he said he thinks that it might be bullshit that you gained 18 lbs in your first 20 days, 22lbs in your first 30 days.

his math lookes pretty clear to me.

anyway, just wondering what you were talking about there.

Many are too quick to call "bullshit". Bandwagon effect?

If you read it right, you would see that by Dec 12th i was ^18lb, & by the Dec 22 i was ^ 22 1/4lb. Since then i have gained another few pounds.

So if i said
Jan 11 ^26lb

18lb + 22lb + 26+ = 66lb

Now i call that addition bullshit. Don't you?

Not sure how hard that tag is too read. Whatever you see in the tag is confirmed in my elaborate logs.

Lets get off the bullshit bandwagon and all get a reality check. If we were all guilty by the opinion of the public, it would render our judicial system unjust. So again lets all make less "bullshit calls" and do a reality check first.

No sure what you don't get ezred. I gained close to 10lb just in the first week. Most of the weight gains came in the first 4-5 wks.

If you or someone else didn't experience that it is automatically a lie?

Have some faith in the human race, we are not all out to get each other.

Even on Anadrol I don't gain 10 lb in the first week, more like a pound of water and bloat a day for the first couple of weeks. But I'm hard pressed to believe that anyone gains 10 lb (of bloat, fat, or anything else) the first week of Test-E, even with a heavy front load.

On the other hand, who would lie to complete strangers on an anonymous internet board. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, even if the claims are inconsistent with my experience.

who would lie to complete strangers on the internet? How about a shit ton of people.

I'm not saying this guy is lying. Honestly, if he said he gained 25lbs of MUSCLE in 4 weeks I would think he's lying, or 10lbs of MUSCLE in one week. But gaining that much weight is easy and probably water/fat or both. the 4-5 week mark he probably added some muscle. Again, i never saw him say he gained all that in muscle.

anyway, why are we worried about randy. he's a vegetarian. :D

What happened to the little shit that started this retarded thread?

25 lbs of muscle in 4 weeks would be 6.25 lbs of muscle a week would be and extra 22464 calories a week or 3209 calories per day above baseline.

Not likely even for Jay Cuttler

agreed, but to his credit, never did he say it was all muscle.

Thanks for the math though Pickle. Now were gonna see a million "If i add 3209 cals a day above baseline will i gain 25lbs of muscle in 4 weeks" threads. :shoot7:

maybe thats what this thread shit starter was doing, he was going triple that over maintenance to gain triple the muscle. he just needed the right cycle to keep the tripled muscle thats all. i get it now
