If this is true, why are you asking us what you should do? Seems like a pro bodybuilder would know better than we would....and if they've watched you eat all your meals in a day I'd assume you guys are pretty tight.

i have none. I'm just a fat guy who stole someones picture and used it as my avatar. I like to hang around here and make fun of skinny guys cause I'm jealous that i can't eat 12K cals a day and not gain a pound.

You are missing the point wee-bit. You are not, nor have you ever eaten 8-12K cals a day every day. Yes, you may do it every once in a while, but not every day. No body can burn that many cals unless your doing MMA while you eat all that shit.

Like you said, it doesn't matter because you're not getting it. Drugs don't make you grow and retain. Intense training and diet do.
 
yeah well that is the plan. its not like im best friends with these dudes. they are friends of a friend but you are right, i will get a hold of them and design a plan. i imagine it will be of more assistance. and in response to RJ, i dont really care that i am using gear to gain a lot of my weight cause that is what everyone ells here is doing to. is it cheating to do it no but not later. im not competing with anyone. it is purely about being where i want in life. why do it naturally in 5 years if you can do it with some assistance in 2. especially someone with genetics like myself that make it substantially more difficult to gain mass than the average joe.

We all take/took AAS to grow. But realizing its based on diet and training, and not just relying on the drugs is the difference between you and me.

You leg press 450 for reps? That is a weight that a 185 lb person should be able to do with little to no leg training.

Not everyone can squat heavy. I've known lots of relatively serious bbs that can't squat without damaging their knees or back. That being said, your leg press weight makes me think that you don't train legs consistently. If you're not training legs with regularity, one may conclude that you're not very serious about your training in general.

As others have commented, if this is just your second cycle, run some test and an oral, followed by a good pct.

well the weight gainer i drink is called "muscle juice" and its 1040 cal a serving (i was thinking 2500 cause that's the double dose with milk instead of water). i would rock at min 4 doses a day. sometimes more depending.

Muscle Juice Revolution 2600

It is 1020 calories for 4 scoops (contrary to above #s this morning). They list 4 scoops as 1 serving = 1020cal.

Lactantia 3.25% Milk = 160 cal per cup/250ml

So sounds about right.

I get close to 1800 calories (w/ milk) just off the shakes daily on workout days, the rest is food.

On another note remember that real food counts for much more at the metabolic and anabolic level, and provides better growth.

But "4 doses" which = 4 scoops each per 1 serving = 16 scoops = 4080 cal + Milk, would give the best of them runs. As i tend to mix my weight gainer w/ whey protein to get additional protein, i get the runs on a wkly basis. So I cut the shakes a little to replace w/ more real food.

Good points RJ, I may not be the best example as my diet is vegetarian. So i try to get that extra kick in terms of protein by supplementing them w/ weight gainers & protein shakes.

After the initial shock w/ weight gainers & protein for the first 5 weeks on T/E, cut intake in 1/2 w/ more food. Still growing and gaining strength optimally.

If i could eat steaks, i would. :dunno:

If you read it right, you would see that by Dec 12th i was ^18lb, & by the Dec 22 i was ^ 22 1/4lb. Since then i have gained another few pounds.

So if i said
Jan 11 ^26lb

18lb + 22lb + 26+ = 66lb

Now i call that addition bullshit. Don't you?
