I just moved to Isla Vista/Santa Barbara looking for a good cheap gym in the area, so far the universty is looking the best, but wondering if anyone had knows of any good and cheap gyms in the area? any tips would be great

Is the University gym free for you? Do they have a power rack? Does it contain hot college girls? Or they missing any equipment that you consider to be essential?
going to the city college, the unvirsty still cost $$$, paying for school my self and the city college gym is a joke. They have one rack the rest is total trash.
