Hey everyone i'm new to the board and i'm very excited to have the oppurtunity to learn from the competitors as well as the novice, like myself.
Ive been training on and off for a few yrs. but am finally serious about my diet and training. I have taken one short cycle consisting of only anavar at 10-15mg's a day for 6 week's. My quad's got great shape and curve to them. I have lost that shape and would like to get it back naturally.
What diet tips or daily meal plans would be good for me?
Currently Im working out at the house mostly doing my pilates and DB work.
Stats: 5 6 122lb's, 33yrs. old very lean up top but filled in nicely below the waist. I would like to build up my upper body to be more proportionalized.
