you have to be on some kind of steroids or something looking that huge you are no natural...lol jk man, you look good

First congrats on your first show!

Now honestly....you can't make any type of difference within these last 2 weeks minus a tiny bit of fat loss and a shitload of water weight loss.

I would say looking at these pics you look 4-8 weeks out so you didn't give yourself enough time to diet.

Get in alot of cardio, go very low carb from here on out. And start water depleting 2-4 days before contest....I suggest 2 or 3.

You can probably lose another 2-4 pounds of fat, and then another 5-10 pounds of water weight.

Next off season go hard on the quads and do exercises that will bring out the tear drop.

Altogether though, a big congrats on stepping on the stage!

thanks for catching that for me mm.The show is 2.5 months away

Go for it!! give it what you've got, do you already know the judges? If so, thats a + remember maintain a good poster all the time while on the line pose, keep your self within the limelight you can do this by looking always at your body how it mixes in within the light, if you can see your veins more towards the light or less that's how you have to mantain yourself, that been said, wait till the last month, 4 weeks before the competition and pin suspention keep A'I handy and drink lots of water, the last week you should be eating chicken dry by the microwave you can wet It with a glass of water keep the chicken at 300 grams and a handfull of brocoli all six meals, you should be drinking 1 gallon 1/2 of water keep your cardio going,on the last night try not to sleep much cause that will help you not to retain water,STAY AWAY FROM SALT SODIUM just saying, mmm what else, Ill keep you posted,.oh find out were those limelight are going to be staged so that you could have an advantage when posing
good luck brother I think your a winner,.

Drew, lookin good bro. I assume by your current stats you will be a middleweight.
2 1/2 months out doesn't leave you much time to change your physique a great deal...
But you have time to get your BF and conditioning dialed.

Next time around I would focus on bringing the wheels up (hams), making your
back wider, and triceps, and delts more round. (gain about 20 lbs of lean mass)

Again bro, looking solid. Hope you do well. Congratulations. I think competing it great.

Drew.....next time maybe resize the pics!

Okay.....now that I know you're 10 weeks out I can say you look great for 10 weeks out! You should be ready 2-4 weeks ahead of time!

Your legs are weaker but you can't change that now. Just lift as heavy as possible and do exercises that will make that teardrop come out. And your chest needs some work in off season.

But overall I think you look great for your first contest. You never really know what you need to work on until you lean down and now you know.

Keep us updated! You have a good chance of being the most ripped on stage!

I was recommended to pick up a video called "PERFECT POSING" so i did just checked it out and had a lot of great info on not only posing but tanning, shaving and what not to do on stage but one of the first things i thought of was how old it is I believe its from the early '90's body building era.

So my question has the sport changed that much were this video would not help because its that out dated?

Anyone else viewed this vid and did it help them at all? What were your thoughts?

Can any one else rec a prep vid?

Looking good bro, dont have any tips for competing because I never have. However I have read quite a bit about the subject and will give you this bit of advice. Focus on coming in PEELED!! From what I read, in most amateur comps, the winner is usually the guy that has the best conditioning. Stay strict on the diet/cardio and come in zipped and you might take it.

after the show work on adding some overall mass and come back next year dialed in at 180 instead of 160!! im looking to compete in the next year or two, but i want to get up to about 205lbs or so before I seriously consider it.
