Ive read threads on several different forums for quite some time now just trying to absorb what I can. After bouncing back and forth I'm tired of conflicting answers so I decided to register and find some solid advice. Ive been lifting and dieting seriously for several years now and would like to take it to the next level. Thanks to all.

Why don't you tells us a bit about yourself like your stats, goals, and diet/training history?
 
As of today while recovering from a cold I'm 178 and 10% using the 7 point jackson pollack method. Like I said I'm recovering from a cold and have lost 4 lbs. in the past week. As far as goal I would like to add some lean mass. At this moment I don't have an end game number but would just like to add some mass and strength gains. For dieting my general intake has been between 3,250-3500 cal with a 40/40/20 macro breakdown. I generally try to eat to eat clean with a cheat meal maybe once a month. For training right now I'm doing 5 days a week pyramid training and 2 days rest. Im really hoping to get some advice about doing a first aas cycle because a lot of what I've heard in the gym and bouncing back and forth between forums is conflicting and would like to run safe and smart for a first cycle.

Normally, a member will propose a cycle for critiquing and get some feedback but it seems like more research is in order here first. Where exactly do you see conflicting information and on which topics, maybe we can clear the confusion for you.
 
Thanks! As far as the cycle I've been doing my research and was planning to post what I've gathered in one of the main forums to try and get the best response.
