Looking for Tip on DK 400.

Okay, so the product is like cold honey. To what degree, or state. Can this be heated to increase viscosity. Does doing so compromise the product. Any other suggestions on how to deal with this problem. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

I am assuming that you are talking about DK brand test 400. You can heat sterilize test (250F), so heating it slightly in order to ease injection will not compromise the product.

Personally I would up the pin size by one, freeze the pin in package before use (neat trick), and then take the injection nice and slow. Remember, there is nothing wrong with taking a full minute or more to inject.
