Is there any charts on the base amount of gear one should take per pound.
For example if you are 225 your min prop should be 500mg/week
If your 200 pounds your min d-ball should be 30mg/day

Does someone have any guilds on weight = amount of gear taken
I dont think you'll find any such chart as weight doesnt really have much to do with it. It depends more on how your body responds to gear, number of past cycles, how long since your last cycle, etc. I know some very big guys that grow off small amounts, and others that need tons of gear
I agree with Tarzan on that one. You can't always go on the more is better philosophy. Some times too much candy will make you sick!
