Looking to cut

Hey guys first post on the site. Have been a long time reader. This will be my second cycle. First was:
-test e weeks 1-12 at 500mg/week
-dbol week 1-4
PCT was nolvadex 40/40/20/20.
Found out somewhat prone to gyno but most went away as have been off for 6 months or so now. I got too big on cycle for the look I want. Went from 193ish at 16% bf to about 220 lbs. 13.5% bf.
More history: I have been working out on and off for a total of 13 years or so. I am now 25 y/o. My lowest bf was about 8% at 180 lbs.
I understand workout routines and diets fairly well. The advice I'm praying for is in regard to a cutting cycle and any suggestions around my plan.
 
Assuming that you do in fact know what youre doing with diet and training, just run another test cycle and cut. You could run the exact same cycle again if you wanted. Maybe subtract the dbol.
 
My goal for this cycle is not concerning weight gain but mainly fat loss. I am at about 14% bf and would like to get under 10% if not 8%. Last cycle I experience a little bloat and want to avoid that completely. Looked to beastly and got a lot of comments about it. Also blew out a lot of my suits. As a result, I let my body shrink again intentionally to look more normal. I will also say ahead that I am not able to get test prop. I have been waiting and looking to no avail so stuck with enanthate. Here's the plan thus far:
Test e: weeks 1-12 at 500mg/week
Tren ace: weeks 4-9 (allow test to kick in) 50mg EoD first week. bump to 75mg after
Winstrol: weeks 8-12 at 50-75mg/day depending on how my body reacts
Arimidex: weeks 1-13 at .5mg/week
HCG: weeks 3-12 500iu/week
Cabergoline: weeks 3-10 at .5mg E3D
post cycle therapy (pct):
Clomid: weeks 14-15 at 100/50mg/day
Nolvadex: weeks 16-17 40/20
Cabergoline: on hand if needed
I am considering adding clen throughout or just during post cycle therapy (pct) but haven't decided yet. One thing stopping me is last time I used clen, it didn't have much an affect on me. A friend said he felt it strong. I was at 160 mcg+ and felt little to nothing. Maybe just one of the few who don't react much??
Other supps: milk thistle, ECA stack, fish oil, glutamine, vitamin b6, flax seed.

So what do you think??

Not sure about the PCT though. Lets see what everyone else says.

And I wouldnt run ECA and clen together. Just sounds bad..
 
Alright thanks worm. I was going to use the ECA on my off time with clen doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. If that is still an issue that I will just separate them completely. I just want to give clen another chance since it was such a dud last time and usually gets good reviews.

Another question.. Can I start tren earlier or should I wait for test to kick in first since ester is longer?
 
no experience with tren yet.... but.... i would imagine if you're going to run it weeks 4-9, why not run it longer and forget the winny?

god damn right. save your money. Winstrol (winny) sucks and regardless of what the douche at the gym told you, Winstrol (winny) doesn't make you cut.

do this:

week 1-12 test e 500mg/w
Week 7-12 tren ace 50mg EOD

Thats all you need. if you know how to diet and drink water, you shouldn't bloat much anyway. All the ancillaries are fine.

btw, Winstrol (winny) sucks.
 
First time running it and from what I've heard 6-8 weeks is ideal, especially before you know how it reacts. Right now I have it set for 6 weeks to see how my body responds. Winstrol (winny) is to continue the cutting (dry out) and there is anecdotal evidence that it helps with some of the prolactin sides associated with tren.
 
Okay from responses I will consider dropping the Winstrol (winny). However RJH,, can you give a little more insight into why to do this other than Winstrol (winny) sucks. I'm aware of the sides but need a little more than that to make a final decision. The arimidex should help with the bloat anyhow. Last time I cut up I did it natty solely on diet and cardio but sacrificed some muscle. Want to prevent that as well as harden up this time.

Come on guys, I thought the forum was more helpful than this. Does no one have anything to say? Is my cycle just that good?

sure, i'll give you plenty.

1. Winstrol (winny) is bad on the joints, chol, hairline
2. Tren does everything good that Winstrol (winny) does, and more, hence no need to do both.
3. You already know that diet and cardio is what makes you cut, and during a calorie deficiency, no drug is better at sparing muscle as Tren. Honestly you can still gain muscle while cutting with Tren.
4. Test/Tren is the baddest combo out there for cutting IMO. no need to spend the extra money.
5. Tren doesn't aromatize, so as long as you keep your plactin/estro in check with AIs and a dope agonist, you should be dry as a bone if your diet is on point.
