Looking to start a clen cycle

6'
200 lbs
Bench: 315
Squat:405 (3 reps)
Deadlift:500

My diet is pretty clean..I ran a few mdrol cycles in the past and got decent size/strength but I'd really like to cut,
I'm looking at running a clen/T3 cycle. Clen will be the same dosage and i'd ramp up the T3 during the cycle.

What cycle therapy should I take with CLen (milk thistle hawthorn berry etc) also, what about post cycle?

I'm a NEWB when it comes to Clen, I reasearched quite a bit but there is SO much different info on it.
 
I wouldn't use T3 unless you're on any AAS.

For clen all you really need is taurine to help the cramps IMO, but at 160mcg I hardly have any sides other than a little bit shaky hands. Hell I don't need anything and can just run clen alone.

No need for post cycle therapy (pct) with clen either.
 
You didn't state your bodyfat or your current diet, your diet will be the main factor to weight loss regardless of whatever you're taking. If you're planning on using clen use it on it's own, T3 is highly catabolic unless you're taking AAS with it, I've never ran T3 but majority of people across many boards say that. You'll build up tolerence pretty fast to clen so you want to work your way up slowly start at 80mcg a day and bump up when you feel like you need more run it for 2 weeks, then have 2 weeks off from all stimulants then run another 2 weeks. Some people say taking antihistamines will help refresh the recepters again. You don't need hawthorn berry or milk thistle) it's not harsh at all on the liver and doesn't increase BP that much.
 
The only body fat test I did was using the pinchers on my hip, leg(not sure how accurate that is)and i'm at 10%

My diet is pretty clean... fish, bonless skinless chicken and tenderloin..brown rice and oats and egg whites. no cheating.
 
be careful with t3..maybe maxx 40mcg a day..all more will burn your muscles!

be careful with the clen/t3 combo... especially if ur not running any AAS along with it

clen IS catabolic, and double that if u add in t3... this is the reason bodybuilders ONLY run this compounds in the last 4-6 weeks leading into a contest (at that time they are not worried about losing a bit of muscle, but are more concerned about reducing the last % of bodyfat)

another negative side to t3 is an almost instant loss of strength, I mean very noticable... be smart and cut through diet and cardio unless u are a competing bodybuilder in the last few weeks of pre-contest

Well can you either post up a pic or do a better measurement? If you are using body calipers there are calculators online, which aren't extremely accurate, but better than one hip measurement.

It's important not to use clen early in a cutting phase. There are several reasons. You supplement after plateuing, because if not... It will be much harder to continue cutting when done.

I'm assuming it comes in a vial, with a dropper (that I'll take orally) what is a good dosage? It says it contains 100mcg/ml so should I do one ml daily for 2 weeks, then cycle off for 2 weeks, and continue 'ti I get where I want to be? Do you suggest the first few days to start out less and then ramp up after the first week?
If you could either give me a good dosage or point me in the right direction.. thanks.

cool. I am not the one that PMed you but I can tell you now not to start at 100. start at 40 or 60 mcg and ramp up. I did not read all of this page, but the parts that I did checked out. You should read that

Yes it comes in a vial with an oral syringe. I'll attach a pic of a similar one that I found.

I just came off a cycle of T3, and can attest to what people say. I dropped 20lbs and most was fat, but some was muscle. I knew that going in and was ok with that since my last cycle made me bloated. I was at 40/day.

I also tried clen, and will never do that again. Do not know which clen you guys use, but Manpower's is potent. Even at 60mcg a day, my head felt like it was in a vice. I came home one day and flushed the rest of that crap down the toilet. If you must try it, no way should you start at 100mcg a day. Start low and pyramid up. Hopefully, you will have better luck.

I suggest Helios. I have had better luck with it.

How long did your T3 cycle last?

That would be me, I'm not too sure if it comes with a dropper? You'd have to look it up . A dosage is between 80mcg and you could probally go up pretty high up it all depends on how well you can tolerate it, if you take a lot of stimulants like coffee, energy drinks on a regular basis you'll manage it pretty well I suggest starting at 80mcg, work you're way up slowly from there, yes corrent 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Have fun bro. :)

Strange, do you think it was overdosed? or you're sensetive to it and did you run the clen with the T3?

I've been as high as 160mcg I think It was with barely any sides.. Some people say they sweat loads but I don't that much I just get a little shaky.
 
Yeah. Clen has different effects and different people. To me, it was the most dangerous thing I ever tried.

My t3 cycle lasted the four weeks of my post cycle therapy (pct). started at 20mcg for first two weeks and then went 40 on last two.
 
Ok fair enough, that means nothing but numbers to me I've never tried T3. How do you react with caffeine and ephedrine?
 
I agree with pyramid up your dose with clen. You can see how your body reacts. I did 2 weeks of t3 and threw the rest out. I didn't get anything out of it and I'm attached to my muscle.

ECA sky rockets my heart rate and helps with extra calories burned. To my surprise, I saw amazing results from a pro hormone cycle. s1, gw and mk were amazing. I was very skeptical at first but the results were spectacular.
 
I personally don't see the appeal of clen for cutting. It boosts your metabolism by barely 10%, which for me is another 150cal, i can workout for an extra 20 mins and get that.
For a great cut its all about the diet and training, then if your willing to push it to the limit ad take the risk, some dnp for that final 2-3% bf cut.
