loose love handles?

now i have just a very small of fat on my lower back not even really my front when i say nothing i mean nothing, but it gives that little extra bump to my figure (no homo) now i was just wondering what excersizes will help that specific area? or what kind of running will emphasize fat burning from therre as well? (running on a slight incline or a decline? etc)
 
Diet! Diet! Diet! Use of a waste band has worked. I never run, makes your legs small, especially calves! Most guys wanna keep what calf size they have. So, with that said, Swim or if you don't have a pool, I have used sprints 10X10X25 and had good results. 10sprints @ 10MPH for .25 miles every other day during cut cycle! U will love to hate them, just like squats, lol! Keep HITTIN' it HARD!
 
hey bro everytime i gain weight it trys to go to love handles first so i know it sucks i have had success doing high rep say 25 to 50 for 6 to 8 sets of broom twists it always works 4 me and when u train obliques never use weight only bodyweight cause using weight always makes ur waist thicker which none of us want so good luck
