loose skin ...

what sort of cardio sorkout is best if one wants to target the loose skin/baby fat in the lower abs region??
i mean there aint any looseness of skin in other body parts,but the lower ab region has loose look to it..

skipping ropes will be good??
 
If you have loose skin due to weight loss all you can do is wait for the skin to tighten up itself. But that happens mostly when youre really overweight. If not its probably fat then you need to fix youre diet or add more cardio.

well i had a thin body and a swollen tummy 6 yrs back when i started gymming and now i m havin a very good body with 16.5 arms and 44 inches chest and 29 inches waist,but its the lower abs skin thats fucked up.. i can feel the abs muscles but its shitt...its convered with so loose n soft skin...

i dont do cardio cuz i have this phobia of losing my ahrd earned muscles.. i feel that if 20mins of cardio a day ,if it even makes me loose 1 centimetre of my biceps muscles,its a disaster...

i know this is fuckign shit thinkign but then cant help it..:( i have heard from manyt hat cardi makes u loose muscles..

Ok, so is the skin thin or can you feel the fat under? Im guessing you can..

Then all you need to do really is either to eat 500kcal/day less (but who likes to eat less) Or Do some cardio... maybe a morning walk before breakfast (and no protein before either)? That will most likely do it for you bro.

i m too lazy in the morning, so i guess after every lifting session i will have to do 10 mins or 20 mins of rope skipping..will that be alrite? just hope that cardio for 20 mins doesnt makeme thin..
 
Look, if you really want to loose weight you need some sort of dedication. When you lift weights you should to that and eat good afterwards.
But I still say you should go with morning walks for 45min on an empty stomache. Then home and eat. Try this acouple of weeks, if youve got it in you? ;)
 
i workout from 4 pm and after my workout i go home and have my lunch which is damn late.. u see i m a late riser so i get up at 12 noon n have breakfast,wander here n there n then i m off to gym at 4...

so its like i workout after breakfast.. :)

and i really dont want to loose weight..i just want to make my abs skin tight .. i m just 172 lbs mate and i m trying to touch 180 lbs... but that cant be done if i jog for 45 mins a day..
