Losing a lot of weight. Fast

I need to Chop my weight down to 208 from 250. . I have to take my physical test before basic and i want to lose that weight by June. I put on the weight after the end of football, and i just started working out again and i've lost 15 lbs so far . I'm about 6'2". I've seen some impressive results from ECA stack.

I'm going to start hard-core dieting now since this has worked in the past i want your opinion.

Diet Everyday, until i lose the weight.

4 Cans of tuna, 1 protein shake and a few fruits and veggies thrown in.

Now let's throw that on top of....

Workout-

Cardio 30-45 min 6x a week.
Sunday- Chest
Monday- Tri's and bi's
Tuesday- Abs
Wed- Back
Thursday - very lite leg workout. I don't want any more muscle mass on my legs, As these are by far the biggest part of my body. Not to mention the running and stairmaster is doing a decent amount for them. I just want to maintain the muscle mass in them, and refine it.

And to top it off.

Clen, T-3, and Winstrol. in a couple months time.

You are going to lose a TON of muscle if that is all you are eating. I would recommend that you check out the "cutting primer" linked below. It is a good guide to use. June is far enough away that you should have plenty of time to cut down slowly and make sure that the weight you lose is mostly body fat.

Yeah, I hear you. Even the recruiter looked at me and said "don't weight lift as much" not that i'm jacked but i kinda have like a powerlifter structure. I realize that theres no way around losing some muscle.

I'll try to throw in granola bars and the extra protein/meal replacement shake every now and then, and some chicken and some carbs in.

I've seen people do diets like that. They can work if you only run them for short periods, otherwise you are begging to lose muscle. In your case, you'll want to get more than just 4 cans of tuna. I'd get at least 300 grams of protein if I were you. Don't eat anything else, other than some fiberous vegetables so you don't get overly constipated. This is called a PSMF and is basically a crash diet. But if you stop after two weeks, it can work... I would personally never do it, but a buddy of mine did one while taking Winstrol and he didn't lose any measurable muscle mass, according to his scale and calipers.
Still... it's very risky, in my opinion.

ok i am not an expert on this subject but i would definately do the following:

drink at least 1.5 gallons of water a day
eat 6 times a day (small meals)
eat only lean beef, chicken and fish for protein
do not eat anything processed whatsoever (white is bad...sugar,tortillas,white rice etc)
stop eating carbs after 5pm (stick to protein and greens)
i would add the eca stack
add green tea to help lose some water weight
lots of cardio and resistance training (muscle burns fat)
get 8 hours of sleep at least p/day
try not to take any medications

thats the problem with the Army today. If your overweight, they tell you to stop lifting and run, run, run. The Army hasn't grasped the concept of weight training to put on mass and reduce fat.
Lift heavy and continue cutting, you'll get there

I've seen a millitary man with 20 inchers weighing around 270. He did just fine apparently.

okay i calculated it out.

4 Cans of tuna, and 2 protein shakes = ~ 250 g protein. thats about 1g per lb.

Meal Times will be at roughly

7:00 AM, 12:00, 4:00 6:00 8:00, and Another one thrown in somewhere between or after.

Yeah, I can GUARANTEE you he didn't weight that upon enlistment, and i bet you he was a marine which changes everything.

Marines have a bodyfat % waiver.

Airforce doesn't.

Marines would send me over the edge.

I had a friend that joined the Army, when he went in he was 6'8 and like 255 which is not heavy at all for a guy that big. They told him he had to be down to 230 before basic. 6'8 at 230, thats a stick figure IMO.

There are some bigger guys that are able to enlist in the military...So I wouldn't doubt it if he weighed that upon enlistment...Even if he didn't, military personnel still hafta pass biannual physicals and stuff...Meaning, they hafta meet weight/body fat requirements...

AF actually does have a body fat waiver...they just don't like to use it...the Marines don't...you hafta be at "x" weight or else you can't in...trust me...heh...I know this shit...I've been putting up with it for a while...But yeah, listen to SH...don't stop lifting...get a good balance of cardio and lifting...and trust me, if you workout at all prior to going into the service, you'll pretty much be miles ahead of a lot of folks going in...When I went to MEPS last, there were guys on the van shipping out that said they couldn't even run a mile...:nonono2:

Just so you know, you are going to feel like total shit for the first few days. Probably around day 4 you will start to feel better though and by day 5 you will have a lot of energy again. My friend I mentioned earlier wasn't able to workout at all for the first few days, but once he got over that, he was a beast in the gym again. But like I said, he was taking Winstrol, so that may have had something to do with it. You may consider ephedra or something like that to help with the lack of energy.

After the two weeks, a carb refeed day (or two) is recommended, where you get a ton of carbs, at least 300-400 grams. You'll gain some weight back real fast due to carb replenishment and so on. After that, you can keep going with the protein only thing, or start dieting rationally.

If you want to do some more reading on it, he recommends going to http://www.bodyrecomposition.com and doing some reading. Apparently doing this kind of diet, then switching over to UD2.0 after the two weeks works really well.

why has no one addressed the fact that he "doesn't want to add anymore mass to his legs" comment? ... i think that is one of the weakest excuses i hear ALLLL the time for people doing "light" leg days or none at all... you need to realize that legs are one of the biggest muscle groups in your body,,, and will be responsible for burning a lot of calories and emitting a lot of natty test if worked properly. i vote go heavy on the legs and do it right.

I've decided that i'd modify the diet a bit, Simply becuase I don't want to be dangerously low on carbs and on ephedrine, which is a strain on the heart.

Replace one can of tuna with a chicken or tuna sandwich.

So far i've taken in:

One can of tuna, 3 liters aprox. of water, And a chicken roll. And 25 MG ephedrine, 200 MG caffeine, Aspirin 25 mg.

Going to eat another can, and go work out in about an hour and a half.
Man my breath tastes nasty.

i went from 25% to 19% bf in the past two weeks, and lost 10 pounds (gained some lean mass)... I know that it is fairly accurate, i got it done at my school with the electrodes.

Heres what im doing now:
get up and do cardio before I eat ANYTHING in the morning...7 days a week balls to the wall for an hour
30min of light-intensity cardio (60% of my max heart rate)
drink water all day (i dont know how much i just carry around a jug and fill it up when i need to)
only eat long-digesting carbs like oatmeal or brown rice, and i eat 200grams of protein/day

I am also using the ECA stack at about the same dose you are

but then again, i did not do cardio in probably close to a year, so i know that it is going to start getting harder and harder to burn the fat

i will get a copy of the body composition tests and post them because they have all sorts of readings i do not understand

Yeah, I can't do the wake up in the morning thing and work out as i have school at 7:35, and getting enough sleep is important.

I wonder how much the T-3 and clen will help. Where can i get my BF percentage tested??

i have class at 8 AM, but i still make it a point to get up at 5 to drive to the gym, do the cardio, drive home, shower, then get to class... try going to bed at 9-10 the night before...

dont rely on the T-3 and clen, last year i tried t-3 and it did very very little for me, because my cardio was not done correctly.

Not sure where you can get tested, your local university, or highschool... Some sporting goods stores also have those scales that show your bf when you put your feet on the metal parts, although im not sure how accurate they are either.
