Hey @bikinicompetitor ! Saw your post and thought I could maybe help you out a bit, I'm certainly not an expert and am constantly learning but I have ran 2 Anavar cycles. The end of my first cycle after I had some personal stuff come up and became way too busy and distracted to hit the gym as I normally did (4-6 days a week while on cycle) taking 1 wk off and then only working out 2x a week after. BIG no-no as I harshly learned, but sometimes life gets in the way. I lost a majority of my gains due to this and I believe had I kept up my training and diet I would not have seen such a rapid decrease. Now fast forward to the end of my second cycle I did things much better and I also let nothing get in the way of my training. I kept my gains for much longer and I would say have continued to maintain them (almost 6 wks out) sure there are some differences, I don't hit PRs everyday like I used to lol but Ive been able to maintain my Max #s with slight decrease (don't always have good gym days) so if you keep your training up you will definitely keep more than you lose...anyways hope this helps!
