Losing my edge, Need help

I'm 33, 6'0", 210 lbs and 9% body fat(yeah my profile pic is really me). I've been lifting for about 15 years. In that time I have had excellent diet and nutrition and followed a strict supplement regimen(including pro hormones). Over the past year I have changed nothing with my diet and workouts however I have lost muscle size(was a solid 218), lost strength and gained body fat. The workouts just feel harder than before. And it takes me longer to recover. I want to do a cycle but desperately need advise on what to do.

Honestly, if you feel like you have lost some sort of an edge, why don't you get your hormones tested and see where you stand for your overall health?? You might be suffering from low T or other hormone deficiencies. Could be a thyroid issue as well.

I would suggest getting blood work done just to see where your test levels before starting a cycle. Could be low T, maybe not but it'd be a good thing to know before starting. In the meantime, there are a ton of stickies to read, along with thousands of first cycle logs to read to give you an idea of what, how much, and how long to run. Good luck

Great idea. I just figured it was my test declining because of my age. I never thought it may be something else like my thyroid. I'll make a call to have blood work done. Thanks a lot.

This is not the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section. Read the stickies on cycling and pct research and find some test. Run it you'll love it. Goals that were unreachable will become well within reach. There are private blood testing services online. Very simple and inexpensive.

The stickies hold outstanding and conservative guidlines on first cycles and pct as well as diet advice.

You won't know until you get some blood work done. Report back with results and I'm sure you'll get some good advice.

First of all those are some impressive stats man. After those blood works you might just qualify for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) if you go that route. On the other hand you are a perfect candidate for a cycle. Nice to see compared to the 6'2 165lbs 19 y/o who has reached a plateau after 6 months of training.

Labs came back. Total testosterone is 290. I read that normal range is from 300-1100. So I am definitely low. I don't really want to use Test because of the side effects. I learned through prohormone cycles that I am very predisposed to gynecomastia. I was thinking of using Masterone, Tren A and HCG. My cycle would look like this:
Masterone 100mg
Tren A 100mg
HCG 250iu
Every other day. And an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) everyday.

At this point there's no other option except for TRT. Even with that cycle you listed you still need test. Test is the base of all cycles, the tren will shut down your natural test and you will be even worst off than now. You can't run any compound without test.

Well I suppose I should instead say there's no other option except for professional help, need to see an endo that knows what they are doing, maybe they can get you to restart your natural test but, I some how doubt it I'm guessing it was the pro hormones that messed you up but, incase you want to avoid testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) then the only option is to get professional help. Starting a cycle is not going to fix your problems, when you come off you'll be worst off, you need to get this figured out before you decide to start messing with compounds again.
