Losing my Virginity

Please give me some help here.

Stats:
30 years old / 5'11" / 195lbs / 16%BF
Training for 5 years seriously.
Workouts are upper/lower or full body with 90% exercises being compound.
Diet is high protein, carbs only at breakfast, pre/post workout (carb sensitive), and medium fats mainly from EFA's.
Goal - Get as much lean mass as possible from first cycle. I also want to keep bloat minimal (because of my work) without taking away from gains too much.

Proposed Cycle:
Week 1-10 Test Eth (or cyp) 350mg week
Week 1-4 Dbol 20mg ED
Week 9-12 Winstrol 40mg ED
Week 1-13 Femara 1-13 at 1/4ml EOD + Saw Palmetto 320mg ED
Week 13-14 Nolva 40mg ED & start creatine
Week 13-14 Clen40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/80/80/60/60/40/40mcg ED
Week 15-16 Nolva 20mg ED
Week 15-16 Fatburner
Week 17-18 Clen as above
Week 19-20 Fatburner

Questions:
Will gains be hindered if I inject once a week as opposed to twice a week?
Should I hold back on the femara and only use the it if bloat becomes a problem?
PCT ok?
Is a 19g x 1.5" needle ok for drawing?
Is a 23g x 1.25" needle ok for injecting in glutes?
Assuming I inject once a week, is it ok to alternate between each side or do I need more sites?

Thanks for any help :)

1. Why do you feel the need to run 3 compounds (not counting the clen or letro)?

2. Alternating your clen with something like ephedrine is NOT a good idea. You'll be taxing your bet 2 receptors the whole time, defeating the purpose of alternating the clen and something else.

3. I would inject twice per week to maintain more stable blood levels.

4. Your needle sizes are fine.

5. Why are you ramping up your clen and then down again? What's the purpose of this?

THANKS ABOOT.
I'M IN CAPS.

BASICALLY TO GET THE MOST OUT OF MY FIRST CYCLE.
THE TEST IS AT A MODEST DOSE.
DBOL TO KICKSTART THE CYCLE.
WINNY AT THE END SO I CAN SOLIDIFY & SO I DON'T CRASH/BURN.

I'M ALTERNATING THE CLEN WITH AN EPH FREE FATBURNER - IS THAT OK?

WILL DO.

4. Your needle sizes are fine.
COOL.

STARTING OFF LOW TO GAUGE RESPONSE.
THAT IS HOW I READ IT SHOULD BE DONE.
PLEASE ADVISE IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

I think ramping up is fine, you certainly don't wanna be dropping 100mcg your first day... doubt that would make you feel very good at all. You don't have to stick to a rigid pattern though, just take it as it comes, when you feel the sides are under control, bump it up a little. And then when you decide to finish, just stop, no need to ramp down.

I think that ain't bad, but I would recomend you get your BF to 10%-12%. Don't kick you ass with cardio and turn into a marathon runner or whatever, but some would help if you don't do it. It becomes very difficult to do cardio while on, and very hard to drop BF.

Just because you gain 5 pounds when you eat carbs throughout the day doesn't mean that you've added five pounds of fat. Its water.

If you want to add mass, I highly recommend lots of complex carbs throughout the entire day.

Look, I used to be afraid of carbs too. And afraid of getting fat, or that matter. Then I saw the light.

Was: 145 lbs
now: 205 lbs

That increase in only in 14 months.

Eating comes before the gear.

Thanks for your comments.
I am not new to diet and training.
I have a slow-moderate metabolism and work in an office.
Those two mean that I don't need a many carbs besides around cardio and weights training.
I have tried eating more complex carbs during the day and this just leads to an accumulation of fat.
I understand that eating more carbs will mean that I will hold more weight because of water/glycogen.
I have gone from 150lbs to 198lbs so I do know how to eat & understand how my body reacts to different diets after 5 years of training/dieting seriously.
Congrats on your gains :)

I've dropped a few % in BF in the last 2 months with minimal loss of fat through Timed Carb approach along with cardio.
IMO there is no point in shredding a broomstick.
But I see your point.

Thanks gareth :)
I'll give this method a shot.

Goal is to improve my body composition to 200lbs / 8-10% BF.
Going for a lean athletic aesthetic look, ie athletic/fitness with strength.

What are your training goals? To add mass or just be fit or what?
