Losing Weigh In 2 Months.

hi guys, im 20, 6ft , and around 12.5st. i have slight fat around stomach area and chest.
can you suggest a diet, and excersices to loose it? my goal is to look alot fitter in around 2months and to physically look thiner and i want to start gaining muscle from there. i will take any tablets,supplements you guys recommend, thanks
 
I recommend a nice healthy diet, a gym membership, workout attire, running shoes, and a mirror. If you have a scale, throw it out.

I hate having to bust out the calculator to convert stones to pounds, I know you guys know your weight in lbs - why not just say it? :mad: Anyway, at 175lbs - I would follow what mrricco2012 says and remember one key thing that I feel is overlooked by today's diet craze: RESISTANCE training is KEY to not only losing body fat, but keeping it off! You can crash diet (bad idea) or do cardio till you pass out (another bad idea), but building an appreciable base of muscle will not only burn more calories when you're doing said cardio, but when you're doing everything else OUTSIDE the gym! As stated, don't look at the scale - instead pick up a measuring tape and pair of body fat calipers. Those will give you a true sense of your progress as muscle weighs 1.5 times more than fat, which will be the first thing to show up on that damn scale we all hate. Eventually, you'll notice a big difference as long as you stay committed to your regimen.

If you're not sure on a proper diet, you can always look into the diet section and get tips there. If you are really serious about this, I'd look into hiring 3J as he knows his shit and will transform your body if you put in the work.
