lost about 20kg from my bench WOW

spiderpig

I'm not a bodybuilder!
took 6 weeks of from all pressing exercises due to a shoulder injury, all seems fine now, i stated light, still i was repping for 10x 20kg less than i was 6 weeks ago, Will i gain it back fast ? or is it gonna be a slow gain?

Glad to hear your shoulder is feeling better. Just keep it light imo, I've been there before and wanted to jump back up in weight only to re-tweak my shoulder.

ooooo, I will not be going heavy as in 1-5 reps, gonna keep it at 10 reps minimum and try to add 5kg to my bench a week till i get back on track, (That's my plan) lol Thanks bro :)

Good luck with the healing process brother. Take it nice and easy until that shoulder fully heals since re-injury is common and can make matters worse than they were. To answer your question yes you'll gain that weight back at a much quicker pace than you did when acquiring it the first time. I remember taking time off from the gym for a knee and back injury at work. When I started up again on squats I started with 95lbs to test it out and go slow. In two months time I was squatting 3plates ATG.
