Lost5lbs in 10days PCT.Advise Please

I did a 12 week cycle of
500mg Test e Wk 1-12
30mg Dianabol Wk 1-6
500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) Wk 2-11 (10 weeks)
0.25mg Arimidex EOD

I have gained 18lbs from this cycle. I was very paranoid on PCT thus i did a Nolva 40/40/20/20 and Clomid 100/100/50/50.

I am on Day10 of PCT and i have already lost 5lbs! This has affected me greatly psychologically. I have also lose abit of strength. Is there anything wrong? Any steps i should take to regain the lost? Is this cause of estrogen rebound?

I feel abit nauseous this few days which i feel is due to the High Clomid so i am going to cut to Nolva 20 Clomid 50 from tomorrow. What do you think?

Any input and advise is greatly appreciated. Cheers
 
Your bound to lose some strength and size in post cycle therapy (pct). This could be due to 2 things, loss in water retained on cycle and of course the gear leaving your system. Are you eating the same amount of calories?? Are you working out the same way?? Make sure you keep your calories up this is really key. I'd also make sure your taking in creatine, DAA, and for me adding in s4 (SARM) has also made a big difference. Hope this helped!
 
Generally after two weeks of this cycle you'll still have synthetic test in you that is if your gear is legit so technically you won't start coming back untill that's out of you. But everyone loses a bit cuz its a big step until your LH n fsh are back to normal. We take serms to speed the process but are not always working right away. You just gotta push yourself untill your fully recover and are producing natty test again. So just hang in there. Also if it was a lot of water weight it could be that cuz your test and e are dropping

Cut your training to 1/4 what you were doing. Your body cannot recover and your workouts are just you working your hard earned muscle off for energy.

One or two sets of compound movements, keep the weight heavy for 7-10 reps to signal your NATYY. Squats, deads, pull ups, bench and overhead presses.

No arms and no single joint moves.

DO NOT over train right now!!

Your post cycle therapy (pct) timing is critical too. Running long esters and thinking "I'll get a jump on my Nolva and Clo is bad, real bad thinking.

The rollercoaster is a mind fuck and we all know it well. Hang tough man!
 
Yupp it's water weight.

Make sure you don't do cardio, up the cals, no cutting drugs etc
