Yes. 1mg is way too much. Look back in this very post and you will find a recommended dose. I really hope the test and adex get rid of you serious case of brain fog.

So... 0.25 every other day? But I have really high Estradiol... 72. So should I do 0.25 every day or 0.5 every day?How long before I should get a recheck on E2?
Here is what I posted previously in this topic of yours. "You could try .25mg of arimidex twice per week.". I still recommend that.
That is a lot of arimidex. It doesn't take much. My E2 was a lot higher than yours and my test dose was a lot higher than yours and it got my E2 back in range.
Here's my advice. Lowering E2 is a lot easier than increasing it. If you "crash" you E2 you are going to be in a world of hurt. Start off with a low dose of adex and increase if necessary. But ONLY increase or decrease when confirmed with blood work. Distinguishing low E2 from high is very difficult to do -- even for guys who have been on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for a long time.
Recheck E2 in about a month.

I am planning on doing your regimen, but since I already took 1 mg,... should I wait a week before doing the 0.25? (Since yours is 0.875mg/week, and I just took 1mg...)
Also, any tips for splitting into 1/4 (to be split evenly, consistently)? It's a really tiny pill to begin with...

I thought you were going to inject twice a week. If that is the case, you would be taking .50mg of adex a week. .25 with each injection. Regardless of how you split it, I recommend my you start at .50mg in a week.
Consider your first dose that you took to be a "kicker". Unless you start feeling tired or get aches in your joints you can probably take your next dose of adex. It would be fine to skip your first dose too. Either way should work. Depends on how you are feeling after the 1mg.
I just use a cheap pill splitter that I got at Target. Halving it is easy. Getting the quarters is tougher. I never get them to be perfectly identical in size. Doesn't seem to be a problem though. If you are really worried about being precise, you would have to pulverize them and then measure your dose.

Go ahead and take it EOD if you prefer. Maybe ED would be better.

Really ED or EOD is better. Just gets really hard to cut the pills up as you already noticed.
